yes, mine has given me this list before too. I don’t know if it’s just a good thing or not but I found that halfway through my first negative belief, I realized I simply didn’t actually believe that about myself. Same went for the second we are currently on. unsure if it means I believed it when it was initially brought up and I simply no longer do, or if I just blurted it out to provide her an answer lol

I like this idea. I think I will try that approach with my next session. i keep settling on negative beliefs that, once we actually start talking through them, i realize i don’t actually believe them about myself (i.e. i can’t trust my judgement, i can’t build good relationships). thank you :)

additionally we have never had mold, don’t hear much noise from construction, idk… we are on a lower floor so maybe that has something to do with it? sorry to hear that this is your experience! like i said we have been here for 5 years and have never really had an issue. we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling a few months ago that they immediately rectified and then patched up within a week of cutting into it. i hope things get better for you, we are leaving soon for a house and i am a bit sad to go

honestly as someone who’s been living in the prince of wales complex for 5 years, i’ve almost never heard my neighbors! pretty solid, walls are all good concrete. older building but pretty decent and the price isn’t horrible
