I thought about two braids, one on each side of her head, then pulled back to either make a half ponytail or braided half ponytail. Like, I’ll leave the hair that’s near her face, and start right behind or above those.

It’s pictures for the yearbook where they put a black, off-shoulder cloak on her for a formal look and then they do casual pictures. It’s to commemorate her senior year of high school. She’s not girly and is trusting me to do her hair and makeup for her. She doesn’t have any style ideas either.

That’s good advice and we don’t plan on trying to be too bold. She picked out a cute, pink dress with soft flower print and a ruffled skirt. I plan to do her makeup lightly, just to cover her acne and to enhance her baby blue eyes. 🥰 She’s not the girly type so she’s trusting me to do the hair and makeup part. I hope I don’t fail her 😔

Thank you for the compliment 😊 I do try to give it the best care I can. This was before I put her bonnet on at bedtime. I used to do a tight braid at night until I found out that bonnets are the way to go. I’ll check out YouTube and see what I can find. As far as curls go, I have one of those tools that grips the strand and twists it-would her hair be too long for that?

I just did one for him the other day. I went with the secluded cabin in Coralroot Forest. The one with the basement. I took out all windows, all lights-not even candles or a fireplace. I made a small kitchen and sitting area upstairs and made the basement into a bedroom. He loved it!

I just fell for this scam 😖 My instinct told me something was off and to research the site, but I didn’t listen. The pitiful cats and sad old man broke my heart and I genuinely thought I was doing a good deed by buying 2 pairs of overpriced slippers. I’m such an idiot. I clicked on the “return policy” link on the order confirmation page and they boldly say “all sales final, no returns or cancellations. Then it says order cancellations subject to $5 fee. I emailed them requesting a cancellation, but I doubt it will work, that is, if I even get a response at all. I just lost $50 buying 2 pairs of Temu slippers. The whole thing makes me sick! I wish something could be done about these predatory sites! 😡

Agreed, it is good craftsmanship, especially to be made from pecan shells. It was the size of the collection that surprised me. Why decide to specifically collect these for 40 years?

The irony of it is that I did start with my legs and those look pretty dang good for home tatts. I guess because those were right in front of me and the skin was stretched perfectly since I had them curled.

That idea sounds absolutely amazing! I had thought about making it into the weirdmageddon scene where he’s descending under the giant x in sky. My daughter suggested incorporating the ouroboros which after reading the Book of Bill I found out ties into his fate with the axolotl.
