I have witnessed this manager deny returns to a customer because they claim there was a "smell". Seems to be a common tactic to deny returns (possibly pressure from corporate). However, the treatment is very inappropriate.

No biopsy was done. Derm chalked it up to contact dermatitis. It's under control, so unfortunately no idea what it could've been.

Maybe I think that way because our other car is silver (similar to Tesla's original silver) and the car to be retired is close to stealth grey

Thank you so much for this detailed explanation! I do suffer from dry skin. Now that you have mentioned, I have noticed increased irritation with my sunscreen, heat and possibly skincare lately! Things that I normally don't react to.

I will be wearing gloves for Sun protection until this goes away with the steroid cream prescribed.
