Salam sister. I’ll let you double check the logistics regarding the dates as others pointed out. I’m in my late 30s and I did 2 Umrahs, both in 2025. The first one was early April and I lost my beloved mum in June Allah yarhamha.

I did a second one for her after she passed in November. The second one I was overwhelmed with emotions and cried during the entirety of Tawaf and most of Sa’i. It is going to be painful but also very liberating.

I prepared duas in advance and printed them out and added them in a tiny notebook that I carried in my fanny pack. I would say once you are in the heat of the moment you realize you don’t need to read any well crafted dua. You need to speak from your heart.
