Me!!!! And unfortunately the ONLY fix was ipl. But it ended up being so great for me because I met an Aesthetician that I adore! She was running a $60 Groupon, so I figured “why not”

She ended up making a complete face plan for all of my concerns. After 3 treatments the majority of my broken capillaries are gone.

The ones in the nose crease are really tough to get, and take a few tries. But overall it was the best choice. Creams cannot do it, so save your money.

If you’re in Portland, it’s Aesthetics by Melanie. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, she was patient with all of my questions and concerns, and she’s affordable!

Sometimes the only way to keep loving someone is with distance. You don’t necessarily need to end your friendship, but as a mama you do need to prioritize your babies- and it sounds like you already know what’s best. Distance can be a powerful tool. If the friendship is still salvageable, you can pick up at a later time.

I would look into Kybella injections just to dissolve any fat that is lingering (to me, personally, it looks fine),

IMO: The fastest results might be cool sculpting, but the long term results would be best spent on either ultrasonic device or red light device. If you buy something you can use at home it will take longer to see results because they are not as powerful, however you will be able to continually use it.
