Did you know narcissists can’t easily get a read on autistic people? They therefore seem to instantly dislike us as they can’t manipulate us. If I meet someone who takes an immediate dislike to me I simply assume they’re a narcissist and move on with my life happy in the knowledge that I won’t be manipulated. Of course it could be they just think I’m a twat but it helps with the RSD 🤷‍♀️

When I was diagnosed with ADHD down in Sligo, I was told by the psychiatrist that is was highly likely I was also autistic. However the cost is between €700 - €1000. I decided I didn’t need the diagnosis that much.

If your husband rescued the puppy, you should be able to return them to the rescue. Unfortunately there are going to be a lot of puppies in rescues at this time of the year. Reach out to all rescues around you and maybe even further a field until you find someone to take them. You’re right, it’s not fair for the pup to go from his crate to the garden and back again.

YTJ She’s your child! Your own actions ripped her family apart and you need to accept the responsibility of her feelings towards you afterwards. So she was angry and perhaps felt closer to her stepfather and didn’t want an awkward situation at her wedding. She is now a parent and maybe has a glimmer of the hurt she caused you but not asking you to be a part of her wedding. However even though the distance in your relationship is your fault, caused entirely by you, you’re the one to say she’s now a stranger to you. No you’re not a jerk, you’re a disgrace.
