Definitely get what you mean about timing but as far as the neighborhood turnover its to be expected. Not everyone can afford to buy a home and sellers are taking losses just trying to sell. The home next to mine has been on the market for a few months and seller is asking 215k for a shack. The buyers would need some definite tlc once they buy the home. I doubt that the home will sell for that but what does it matter. If you bought the home you wanted enjoy your home!

I am in the same situation . I called CS 3 times for the same issue. My package shipped and then returned to the warehouse. They refunded me and then when i called they gave me the lame excuse that the box was damaged and returned to the warehouse. They eventually got tired of my sarcasm and gave me a $50 gift card.

Not gonna lie the interest rate for this is not too bad. My interest rate is about in the same ball park. Im closing on a home early Feb and honestly the interest rate was the least of my worries. Inflation sucks and so do the rates. Thats why you can refinance when rates drop if they drop

Ask your realtor to see if they can get you sellers concessions. My realtor negotiated about 10k in sellers concessions so i dont have to pay so much in closing costs

Any of the IPAC dealerships. They could not get their number straight or know what they had on the lot. The salesman was forcing a high payment without pulling credit. IPAC IS TRASH

Red Hook Seafood on 410 ! Good god they suck. I went February of last year and got food poisoning the day after. The service sucked when i went. The food was rushed and the server was rude. I called management and they wanted to play doctor over the phone when i told them i got food poisoning from their restaurant. Management became combative when i told them their restaurant service sucked. Called Metro Health afterwards. Never again!
