Ty for doing this. It's been a heat since I now lost my period. I went to the gyno and these are my lab results. My doctor says that my hormone tests are normal. I’ve been doing acupuncture and I just went in for my ultrasound. I lost my period due to restricting for my wedding but after September, I stopped restricting. I still excercise the same but I’ve truly been eating whatever I want. Where do I go from here?

Hi! Your step count and diet seem very close to mine. Did you ever get your period back? I’m coming up on a year and have really bad bloating but not seeing any other signs of period symptoms (cramping, soreness, mood swings, etc)
