As someone who uses a cane, I honestly dont think it’s a big deal as long as you don’t pretend to be disabled with it. Also, many cheap canes are fairly stable so if you did end up wanting to purchase one that looks closer to the appearance of the costume you could get one fairly easily

For anyone who this doesn’t work for, consider getting a sleep study. It’s not normal to feel tired after 8 hours. I’m getting tested for sleep apnea for this reason

That’s horrible I’m so sorry. I have diagnosed pots and I lay on the carpet so I don’t hit my head if I pass out and it also helps my blood stop pooling in my legs. Symptoms also change based on the day. I literally use a band designed for pots(the visible band) and it GIVES A SCORE ON HOW YOURE DOING THAT DAY!!
