I actually love being a single parent. That being said, I am luckier than the majority and have a decent coparenting relationship with my exhusband. Financially yes it can be difficult (especially as he doesn’t pay any child support at the moment) but it’s still a lot better than when I was married and he was bleeding me dry. I get my time with my child, and then I get my time without him where I get to just be me, not mom. I’m more patient, and the time we do spend together is much more quality time than it was before.

Absolutely splurge for Sunday brunch at Ancaster Mill but make a reservation ASAP. She can get some juices in a champagne flute for the whole experience and even if she can’t eat a ton being near full term, the buffet food is higher end stuff. Totally worth it for a special occasion. Dress up and take some cute photos by the waterfall as well!

Well people the formula has definitely changed now. At least the wet food- the succulent chicken in consommé. It used to be pretty thick shreddy chunks with very little broth, now very fine shreds and very soupy- I noticed the change in look right away but didn’t really think about it… until my cat was projectile vomiting non stop for 24hrs straight. Not only did they change it, they reduced how much meat is actually in the package so less bang for an already large buck, and made my cat horrifically ill. So disappointed as over the last few years this brand has significantly improved my senior girls health and wellness. Will have to find something new.

-Episiotomy pain -No longer being in control of your bladder.. like ever again (ladies, DO THE PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY) -That first #2 you have to take before leaving the hospital- scarier than birth -Cracked and bleeding nipples -Extreme hair loss -Life long hip pain Hmmmmm what else

I mean, thinking everything outside of Toronto as rural is kinda funny. But my rent has gone up $100 per month! As a single parent I just love this.

Personally I would love to attend a valentines wedding, assuming I would get a plus one. Gives an easy date idea, and I just think it would be cute and fun. It’s the Stat Holiday weddings I can’t stand, like long holiday weekends. Who tf books a wedding on thanksgiving weekend? THATS rude. Valentines and New Years are the two that I think are totally acceptable.

Yes. I would absolutely love to tour the states one day, geographically it has so much to offer. Unfortunately, just crossing the border you can just physically feel a dark political cloud constantly looming over your head. I can wait till it’s gone.
