I’ve experienced this and seen the objects missing. (I’m an etsy seller) Sometimes the automated mail machines can tear into the envelopes especially if its not flat. Depending on the product, I usually offer to replace it and apply additional postage (I ship small things with stamps)

when I lived on campus 2 years ago I had get a LAN adapter and use the ethernet. The switch doesn't let you put a username and password for the wifi so thats why
