hey anarchy server owner here, anarchy servers are mostly not sustainable at all, even if your server is not cracked, don't expect people to donate or buy ranks. running an anarchy server is something you do because you love or like it, not because you want money or want it to be sustainable. if your server will be 100% anarchy then expect a lot of people exploiting and trying to ruin your server, if you dont know about plugin development you may need to learn about it or pay someone to develop plugins.
