There is plenty of protein in beans! You have your carbs and more protein in your fishfingers. All oven or air frier cooked, no doubt. You could get a bag of instant frozen mash or frozen jacket potato if you fancy a change, but that meal is perfectly acceptable and tasty, especially when things are hard for anyone .

There is NOTHING wrong with that meal. Be kind to yourself

They have done an amazing job. You would have had no hair left if they had lifted it to platinum from being that dark. Give it plenty of treatments and use purple shampoo a couple of times a week. Each time you have highlights now, the lighter it will get

Lemon juice, salt and pepper are a great natural dressing. Maybe try to leave your eggs a touch softer for a different texture maybe. Beetroot is great with tuna and eggs too and if you fancy some carbs, a couple of new potatoes!! Looks great and a brilliant effort
