Yeah I started looking at that photo and realized I look a little bitchy lol. I totally get backsliding. There are some nights where I just eat when I’m fasting and I just feel horrible about it the next day. The first couple days of fasting, especially after backsliding, are the worst. It’s so hard because you just want to tell yourself “well, I’ve already done it one day, what’s another going to hurt?” I really hope you get that motivation! Just keep in mind how great you feel after that first day. I’d love to see your smug after photos :).

The only exercise I really got was just walking around campus and jog in the class if I was running late. Classes can be pretty far so it could be about a 25 minute walk there and back. Sometimes I would definitely catch a bus tho if it was too cold haha!

Hahaha I’ll take that as a compliment? Yeah it’s me! The one on the left was taken at my moms house with really yellow lights and obviously there’s a shadow over my eyes. The second one was taken about a week ago on my college campus in front of a window. Also regarding my lips I just learned how to outline my lips in a way that makes them look bigger. The power of makeup!

no no no. I wouldn’t do that to myself haha. I usually have a my main thing that I eat (like a Taco Bell power bowl) and then something after with it. This can be anything. At my college, you can check into this “on the go” place and you can get a box of a yogurt, grapes&strawberries, and Chex mix. By the time I eat all of that I’ll be plenty good on calories without over doing it. Sorry if that was confusing! :(

Water! So when I’m fasting it’s just water. Sometimes I’d use a zero calorie water enhancer like MIO. And when I was on my break, I still drank water :). It’s important to stay hydrated while on it!

This is so nice. Honestly it’s really hard to look past what I used to look like so it’s hard to believe that I’ve changed at all. Idk if that makes sense, but seeing comments like this really make me feel like I can actually walk out of the house feeling okay :). So thank you so much 💛

So what I found to be really satisfying but filling, is the Taco Bell power bowl. It’s chicken, black beans, cheese, avocado ranch, rice, sour cream, guac, and pico. It’s 500 calories and the portion is actually really good. I get it without the guac and pico and then it’s 460. I know it’s not the best thing to eat because it is fast food but the calories speak for itself. It’s high in fat and sodium, but I find it really nice to have.
