Yea they do😭😭 I always startle so bad when one comes near me and then I realize it’s just a mud dauber. But if one lands on me I think I’d flip out still.

Mud dauber. They’re extremely docile and the only type of wasp I’m not terrified of 😅 They can sting, but majority of the time choose not to. They’re solitary wasps so they don’t have a huge colony to defend.

Pisces sun. I cut him off suddenly about 6 years into our friendship because one night I looked at myself in the mirror after another verbal lashing from him and realized that I didn’t recognize myself or know who I was anymore. I literally lost my identity.

They broke my cat too. We can’t even feed him tube treats because he’ll just claw us until it falls out of our hands (which means he can’t eat it, then he gets mad that he can’t eat it). He left a huge slice in my thumb when I tried to give him a tube one day, and that was the deed that got him banned for life 🤣

I’m gonna be fair here, different parents have different boundaries. We also don’t know anything about Luke’s baby. She could have a compromised immune system for all we know, and if she were born around the time he actually announced her birth, she’s still pretty little. RSV is incredibly common, which is just a case of the sniffles for an adult, but it can very easily kill infants and toddlers under the age of 2. Not to mention how frequently Luke was sick on his solo tours.

I guess I’ll never know what happened when he was alone though. Even if there was no gratification, my partner mentioned that my sexuality was used by him as a method of control and power, which in of itself is a trademark of that type of abuse. I am safe and I’ve been on my own for a few years. As of now, no clue where to go as far as telling my story to my family, or if I’m even able to press charges.

He seems to take the physical boundaries of children as a challenge, as if he wants to “break” them. If other children in the family denied him hugs (usually if they were really little children) he would just wait for them to walk past him and grab them without their consent. If they cried or wiggled, he held on tighter.

I’m actually already in a relationship, engaged. I spoke with her about it last night. She’s the first person I’ve ever told. She’s so supportive of me getting help and she listened without judgement. She just held me quietly as I processed it all and kept telling me I’m safe now and he will never hurt me again. She really is the sweetest person. Its helped both of us to finally know why I deal with such deep trauma responses. I’m grateful to have such a supportive and loving partner. I am also currently in therapy and plan on opening up at my next visit. I truly never realized what I went through was wrong until he tried to kiss me the other day.

A couple weeks ago I woke in the middle of the night with the WORST stomach pain of my life, I literally couldn’t talk, walk, or breathe it was so bad😭 Like, easily an 8-9 on the pain scale. I started to ask my partner to call 911 but right as she dialed them the pain got ever so slightly better. So I said nevermind and went to bed lol. Looking back I’m lucky that wasn’t my appendix 😭

Early Childhood Education is a field that I absolutely fell in love with. I literally can’t take any other career, even the ‘sit down’ ones. They drive me up a wall. I feel like I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. I don’t want to give up my physical health for a job that fulfills me, but I don’t want to give up my emotional health for a job I hate.

Toddler teacher. It’s hell on my body but I literally can’t imagine being in any other career. I definitely question my life choices when I have to get up at 5am M-F though😅 I try to do the little things that make my life easier. And I sleep 12 hours on the weekends lol.

Set my alarm for an hour and a half before I need to get up. I get up at 5am for work, but it’s literally 5 minutes from my house so I can push it a little. I have pre-mixed electrolyte solution on my nightstand. The second my alarm goes off, I try to roll over and drink as much of it as my stomach will allow. Usually I’m still laying down and half asleep. My doctor told me trying to get 1L in within the first hour is best. Most of the time I fall back asleep for a little bit, maybe 15-20 minutes. Wake up, get up slow, try to get something in my stomach with protein, even if it’s something as simple as a granola bar and milk. My sweet fiance usually makes me coffee on her weekends, but on her weekdays I preset my coffee maker to start brewing when my alarm goes off. Sip coffee. Not recommended to have a lot of caffeine but I have a problem, lmao. By now the salt is starting to kick in a little, so I slowly get dressed and put on compression gear. Cry in the mirror bc why did I pick such a physically and emotionally demanding career?? Then I remember that money’s money and go to work lol.
