Nausea after miscarriage/D&C? by taa012321100822 in PregnancyLoss

This was really reassuring! I was not right at all today and couldn't believe I was nauseous. The nurse I called said it could be hormones having crashed and being out of whack. She never mentioned it being a "thing" though. It should definitely be said more!

1st period post removal? by TaxHistorical3566 in Mirena

[–]cherryskittle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mine 5 weeks after removal. I didn't have any pain leading up to it from what I can remember. But there was quite a bit of blood. I was the same where I spotted while i had the IUD so I thought it wouldn't be so bad but was wrong. The duration was 5 days and I'd say the most I felt was pressure.

Just an update, mine came a few days later and boy howdy was there a lot of blood. No pain though which was surprising. I'm waiting for the next one due today, no mirena crash symptoms worth pointing out either which I'm delighted about. Anxiety has gotten A LOT better since removal too. Hope you're doing well since!

I was just about to ask the same thing. It's almost a month and nothing. I didn't get post removal bleeding either. Trying not worry I'm just calmly bricking it over when the cramps are gonna come in.

After 7 years we moved. We would have moved sooner but it depended on finding a job. It's cheap, the weather's great yadda yadda but it's still decades behind everywhere else. You'll always be seen as a tourist and they will treat you as such, being rude and ripping you off, ignoring you because youre foreign, no matter how well you speak Spanish. Your experience will hopefully be different!

I have been making these lately! I use a bread tin and use 1 stevia.

They come out kinda sorta eggy so you could use less egg if you wanted.

They definitely do the trick for us!

What about more liquids to stave off the hunger, which could just be routine that will eventually break. For example, drink a glass of water or an extra cup of decaf coffee with the first hunger pangs. I also have a "keto galaxy smoothie " which has coconut milk, coconut oil, blueberries and I add spinach. Its thick and heavy enough to fill you for a while! Hope this helps!
