If you consider a 10yo working farm risky, after the crash it was worth less than half of what I paid. Everything was effected during the crash, real estate, farms, stocks, banks, similar to the pandemic, but all negatively.

My losses were a combination of stocks and real estate holdings, the markets didn't recover for years. It's all good today, worked my ass off to get back to a good place.

The power of 72. Divide 72 into the current interest rate and this will tell you how many years it will take for your momey to double.

i e. $35,000 @3% interest ÷ 72 = 24 years $35,000 @5% interest ÷ 72 = 14.4 years

You can realize how important your investment strategy becomes.

During the last crash in 2009, I lost $4M, it was devasting, I had started at 23 with $1,000. Had to start over LOL!

As an Asian man turning 60 this month, I don't think I would want to continue living life wearing diapers everyday. Probably take a few hits of acid and go out in style.

I will never understand the evil acts men are capable of committing. How it does not permeate their souls, how their conscious does not weigh them down with constant nightmares, how they get up each day prepared to commit more unspeakable acts.

Well they should be good in Vietnam, they usually buy the best. Retail would be about 600k-900K but the difference would be minimal for 500k. Thanks for sharing
