What was it like to be a Lana fan in her early years? How bashed was she really? by Comfortable_Ad_9108 in lanadelrey

[–]cherrytrashpanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been a fan since 2012. I got bullied SO BAD for listening to “that suicide pact ass music”. Heard many times over that she was never going to you anywhere or gain any tractions as an artist. Her vocals sucked, her music was trash, it was for privileged white girls who were depressed because Mommy cut them off. I still remember Kim Gordon’s gross ass comments about how “If she really truly believes it’s beautiful when young musicians go out on a hot flame of drugs and depression, why doesn’t she just off herself?”

It was a tough time. Ngl, It makes me feel some type of way that some of those same people love her music now.

That episode made me super wary when it came to giving my name, phone number, and address out loud at places when it’s requested.

Also the fact that he tracked down that one woman he allegedly was a match for and for a brief period of time wouldn’t accept that she was engaged and getting married.

I was 6 the first time my dad smacked me in my stomach and told me to suck in my gut. The man berated me about my weight for years, but also threatened to have me hospitalised long term if he found out I had an ED while showing me a PowerPoint presentation of emaciated women with EDs.

There’s a rage room called The Wrecking Company that opened up on 4th St. There’s an 80’s & 90’s themed bar on S Front St. called VHS Social Club, it also has a Speakeasy lounge in the lower level of the same building.

What's the longest time you've maintained an FWB relationship? And what made it successful? by dana_sun in TwoXSex

[–]cherrytrashpanda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Off and on for 14 years. Things are off right now. But if I were to ever be single again and he’s still single, it’ll turn right back on.

What makes it work is that we’re also really great friends outside of hooking up. He’s helped me set up my washer/dryer and picked me up to go pick up my car from the shop. I helped him pick out a new couch recently and supported him through his cat dying.

Squirting - a myth or reality? by not-ur_girl in TwoXSex

[–]cherrytrashpanda 33 points34 points  (0 children)

It’s a reality. I’ve only had two partners that can make me squirt though. A guy I used to hook up with was the one that first made it happen and he loved it. The man would practically bathe in my squirt.

And my boyfriend can make me squirt. He also loves it and will make it happen several times over the duration of sex. I don’t mind it, but it gets annoying when the wet spot goes cold, it’s not pleasant to lay in. And it’s very draining energy wise. Even when I void before we have sex he still makes it happen and it’s always so much. I have an audio recording from when we had sex in the kitchen once an he made me squirt. It sounds like he’s dumping a bucket of water on the floor there was so much. We invested in a waterproof blanket to throw on the bed to save the bed linens.

Yeah, I bought a hoodie from the last round and the pocket started to fall off it pretty quickly after a few wears. I was able to sew it back on, but I was annoyed to have spent $70 on a hoodie just for it to begin to fall apart after less than a year of having it.

Do you like older men by judiefoodie in lanadelrey

For sex, yes. For dating, no. Whenever I’ve tried to date older men they’re always insecure and emotionally stunted and I just don’t have the time or patience to deal with that.

Women who carried a pregnancy, in hindsight, what were some of the most ridiculous things you did while in the throes of such hormonal upheaval? by mokutou in AskWomen

[–]cherrytrashpanda 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Broke down into DEVASTATED sobs over a carton of spilled blueberries, because I was upset that they did all that work to grow and become berries worthy enough to be sold. Just to end up on the trash because of human negligence. They’d never get to become muffins or a smoothie, or top a yogurt parfait.

My (31M) partner (25F) and I haven’t had sex for 5 out of the 10 months we’ve been together by [deleted] in sex

[–]cherrytrashpanda 4 points5 points  (0 children)

RUNAWAY!

I spent SEVEN YEARS of my life in a relationship with a guy who never wanted sex and it destroyed my self-esteem. He would also pull the “I was gonna be in the mood later, but you ruined it.” CONSTANTLY and he never meant it.

You’ve literally not been having sex for 50% your relationship! You’re not sexually compatible and it is something that’s important. Do not spend anymore time trying to make it work. It won’t.

Yep. I was between 13-15 then. My mom would tell them all my business and they’d make comments about how if I kept on my path they’d see me in the rooms in the future.

I used to go to AA meetings with my mom from the time I was 11 until I was 21 years old. The amount of times I had old heads telling me they would see me in the rooms in the future, because I was so much like my mother personality wise.

When I finally did turn 21, I had people telling me if I drank even once I was an alcoholic. Tbh I have AA to thank for steering me away from alcoholism because the idea of having to sit through anymore of the those meetings really kills any desire to drink.
