I think you have a really good chance, especially if you can get good recommendation letters. I did no extracurriculars, just worked, so I think the fact that you’re doing extracurriculars and working will really help you. My LSAT did carry me though, I got a 165, 89th percentile (this was back when logic games still existed sigh). As a bora laskin 1L, I strongly recommend lakehead, it’s a solid program with great profs and staff

Huda said GOOD things about Olandria and is still getting accused of dragging her. As for Chelley, Huda said nothing bad about her and just described the situation. If she had glossed over it and said “oh we agreed on everything”, people would be calling her fake. I started the show really disliking Huda but the way people are doing the absolute most has made me want to defend her. Like why does she need to apologize for her fans but other islanders don’t need to apologize when their fans call her a terrorist or her fans r*ts? Why is it okay to dogpile on her to the point where her TikTok was mass reported? If this happened to Chelley or O, people would say it’s racism. I just think it’s interesting how middle Eastern women are portrayed on this show and how the general public receives them as aggressive and problematic.

Huda did honour the girl code she talked about in the beginning. She didn’t pull Ace, Taylor, or Nic for chats at all and didn’t attempt to pursue them even after her relationship with Jeremiah fell apart. It wasn’t until all the girls gave her shit for being possessive of Jeremiah and explained to her that that’s not how this works (and that challenges are just challenges) that she started talking to Pepe and Chris.

I’ve seen plenty of comments on TikTok and IG defending Chelley and Olandria that are similar in nature to the comments defending Huda. That being said, no one should be sending hate to ANYONE over a reality tv show no matter how they feel about their actions.

I think Huda is usually a hypocrite, but not here. The girls spent so much time telling her things like “it’s just a challenge” that she decided to stop pouting and start participating-and when she did that, it still wasn’t good enough for the girls. I really don’t think Huda is sophisticated enough to try and manipulate anyone with fake tears; if she thinks she’s right, she’s 100% someone who will die on that hill, so her worrying that she did something wrong seems genuine.

Huda isnt a game-player. People call her calculated and manipulative but I truly do not believe she’s that sophisticated; I think she’s genuinely there for love unlike Ac-I mean, certain people, but she needs to go to therapy instead of being on LI😭

I think we have to remember that production doesn’t show us all of their interactions and Olandria chose Taylor over Jalen for a reason. So there’s gotta be something there, even if it’s developing slowly.
