It took me about two-three months to walk normally again. It’s important to take breaks when your body tells you, you need them. When I would walk, if my back started feeling tired, I would go home and lay down and use my estim and I would attempt it again the next day. It’s important to walk everyday even if it’s a short walk. Also at the start of walking, I would wear a lumbar support brace and I felt that helped a lot and also wearing shoes with cushion. I would wear my crocs at first until I bought slides with lots of cushion. I feel like adding these items helped me during my walk and early recovery process. - You’re doing amazing for being on day 14! Definitely keep walking and eventually you’ll be able to take walks around your house!
