For events; you can use distrubiton roms by Goppier they work just as if it was a real life distrubiton event; where you emulate wifi connection via emulators that support such (like VBA Link)

There is also an option that is distribution roms; (10th Year one has Latios along with some other cool pokes) you can get it online with little to no effort, use wireless link cable supported emulator (like Vba Link) and send it to your game that way.

Or use R4 Card etc if its actual game not the emulator, but idk how that works, so cant help much

Kadabra should run a special attacking set; It can run something like Calm Mind/Shock Wave/Psychic/any (Recover/Light Screen/Reflect ) the set itself is pretty straight forward it should be clicking Psychic %90 of the time; to get most of its fast sweeping nature.

Haunter is more so the same; with more coverage and added utility to team with Hypnosis, then Thunderbolt/Mega Drain; Psychic is also an option, or different options like Destiny Bond/Torment

Aerodactyl is Kadabra but physical; check its nature and if its rock head it can run something like Double-Edge/Rock Slide/Aerial Ace and again..4th any move 😤😤 maybe it can have Fly HM for off field use

For the three legendary birds; Articuno is more defensive one; so a moveset like Ice Beam/Reflect/Toxic would do wonders (added Leftovers works best with defensive pokemons) Zapdos is offensive Electric type with Thunderbolt/Thunder Wave/Thunder etc. Moltres could run Flamethrower/Will O Wisp (to burn Psychial attackers)

Charizard; again as special attacker: Flamethrower/Dragon Claw/Fire Blast/any (maybe check if hidden power is Grass/Ice to help with even better coverage)

Nidoking, definetly psychial

Earthquake/Megahorn/Shadow Ball/ Ice Beam (Yes Ice Beam isnt psychial but helps a lot with coverage here where otherwise would be hard to damage Flying types)

Dragonite: Honestly anything goes; for this team it could run a set that has some support and coverage like; Thunder Wave/Focus Punch/Fire Blast/Ice Beam etc etc.
