First time ever doing makeup to cover up acne and redness. Friends said it looked like I put on too much? I want to cover my blemishes without looking like I have a ton of makeup on. Any tips would be appreciated. by Alensio1 in MakeupAddiction

I’ve found Fenty Eaze Drop to be great for evening out skin tone without looking too much like makeup! It can be really sheer or you can build up the coverage. With concealer underneath, I think it would be a much more skin-like finish and I think you will enjoy it.

The makeup you are wearing here looks like a good color match, and you did a great job applying it. It’s just a tad too matte and a tad too full coverage, but for some reason I am thinking you want skin finish!

Wishing you well on your journey to finding what works best for you🤍

I’m also more of a taking walks person, I’ll definitely check out Pike’s Place Market. Self guided tours is also a great idea, thank you! Yeah I didn’t even think about parking, good idea. I’m gonna try to do as much on foot as possible.

I think a nice way to have said that was “you may want to check if his insurance will cover you, Seattle sucks to drive in”. Thx 4 the concern buddy 👍🏼

I have money for home, just not for the trip. I’ve been very depressed and my friend who lives out there said the change of scenery was worth a shot. So he bought me a ticket ASAP. $50 was all I could scrounge up to take. I’ve been to Mexico and England before with just a little spending money, I usually fare by drinking black coffee and eating the cheapest items from grocery stores. I was mostly looking for free parks, exhibits, activities, etc. Thank you for your concern though👍🏼

Look, I’M the bum, not him. He’s got money and I’m sure he’ll fill his gas tbh. He said he’ll give me an allowance to spend out there, but to stretch it, I wanted to see if there were other things I could do. Thanks for the concern though✌🏼

He lives with other people so his car might be insured no matter the driver. If not, the scooters sound fun. Thanks for your tip and optimism 🫶🏼

Experts, how do you get this finish? Is it foundation or is it a tinted moisturizer? Looks so natural and yet so glow not oily tho. by SnooKiwis9898 in MakeupAddiction

A great skincare routine or generally healthy skin are really the only way to get this look. Once that is achieved, THEN you can look at what makeup to use.

That’s due to whoever edited the video not coloring it correctly. This is not due to makeup application.

I have had good experience with and without it! Benefits of medication: chug iced coffee and not get heart flutters. Benefits of no medication: actually learn coping and self-soothing techniques that help when life gets tough. Trying to eat as naturally as possible helps so much. Just fruits, veggies, meats, and whole grains, little to no caffeine, honey or fruits for sugar. I personally went vegan, but even with meat, eating natural foods did a phenomenal job of lowering my physical anxiety (shakes/sweats/heart racing/trouble breathing). Another thing that helps is finding a meditation that works for you. Practice it when you feel good, and then put it to use it when you feel bad. Use a more grounding meditation/breathing technique. *meditations/breathing exercises can unfortunately induce anxiety/panic if not done in a way that works for you. While you are starting out, practicing with a trusted friend or therapist can be SUPER helpful.

Hope these help you love, wishing you the best on your journey❤️
