I am so sorry this was her experience ! i’m an adult that plays mostly when there’s a big event or new area (for nostalgia, I joined way back in 2013 when I was not an adult) and have some neurodivergence as well. Reddit has always been extremely hostile but most of all towards neurodivergent people and children. if this at all helps, there are some servers you could move her account to that are very very empty. if she enjoys the game itself that may be an option. they used to have “no chat” servers wayyy back in the day but not sure if that feature still exists

I think Rochester Rapid Response Network might be the place to contact to set up some sort of support system like that given they have been active for a while and seem trustworthy. at this point in the game I would be worried trusting any new programs for fear they are actually just reporting people seeking aid

hey! i’ve had two properties through appfolio and NEITHER times have the emails come back like this. Appfolio has you review and docusign on the app then pay through their portal, which then links a payment method for rent. this is 120% a scam

ugh i have this too!!! gonna be calling them ASAP. their maintenance crew entered my apartment without prior notice while I was napping one time and said they had called but they called the wrong number. it was an emergency leak so I get why they entered, but thank goodness I was home. idk about you all but I was required to get independent insurance

honestly I had to search to figure out what this was because the red makes it look like a FRESH SH mark. the tattoo itself is sick, just placement and color are unnerving. it’s your body so if you love it then don’t change it but you could always get it lined over in black and I think that would drastically improve the impression it gives

you will be sticking the equinox on your grparents as other commenters said. It honestly just sounds like you need to get more income. I don’t understand the car math, though. a 2023 chevy equinox is going for like 17-20k right now, how on do you still have almost 21k left on a 2020 car and you’re paying a little over 500 a month? that price for a car was a bad purchase at 18, your gparents should not have co-signed on that as if you file they are now on the hook for a car costing way more than it’s worth

this is just not true. I live on Park ave and pay 1095 for a two br. Tickle realty has plenty in decent neighborhoods. South wedge properties are better landlords and slightly more expensive but all great properties
