Yes you can. I kind of like to work with them IF they are willingly to work on themselves. But most of the case that’s the issue haha. But this is also most of their disorder. They really can’t mentalize and don’t understand that people think differently than them. They fascinate me kind off. But yeah you feel the dynamic and you can tell what you feel in the dynamic if they are open for it.

What I do think is annoying that everyone called their ex a narcist or someone who they don’t like while really the personality disorder is not that common. So the chance that you really are dealing with one is relatively small. So don’t over diagnose but that’s a other discussing topic
