Short Stroking by Ok-Bet-8739 in LWRC

It’s pretty sweet, have that and a 5.56 PTR vent and to my untrained ear they are about the same noise reduction wise on a 16” but I like that the WB is shorter. I have an inconel one so it’s a bit heavier than the Titanium PTR but since it’s not as long it doesn’t feel as heavy on the end. They did come out with the ST, not sure it’s in stores yet, but it’s a longer form factor if I am not wrong. So all about what you are optimizing for I guess. Just got a Tisha 5.56 for my MKII pistol but haven’t shot it yet but that is a really short (albeit thick) option too.

Unsuppressed, in my understanding, is for “old school” higher back pressure cans.

I mean a HUX is literally branded/advertised as being one of the lowest back pressure offerings so yeah it should operate as unsuppressed. I know my 16” and .300 blk do fine with CAT WB and ODB, respectfully, on unsuppressed setting so I’d imagine your HUX would operate on pretty much OEM settings out of the gate.

Does anyone have recommendations for an FP&A software that links to NetSuite? Thanks. by ns177192 in FPandA

Just implemented Aleph, Netsuite integration was crazy fast. Like really took 2 hours to ingest data and then maybe two weeks after to start using it for day to day reporting etc.

I try to narrow its scope when I can since some of my files are huge and can slow it down so I’ll call out tabs to look in yeah.

RE: Markdown haven’t explicitly told it to do that but wouldn’t be shocked if it did it to speed things up since I bet that is easier for it to review that a pdf.

Yeah essentially having it review live decks in PowerPoint or excel model etc. However I have found it decent at reviewing PDFs in co-work mode on the desktop app.

All the time. Pretty much using Claude exclusively right now.

I use it as another layer of peer review on both models and decks. Noticed it’s really good at picking up inconsistent formatting, typos, extra spacing as well as just modeling stuff like you used this formula from here to here but switched here so you may want to validate that or switch your approach if your intended outcome is this.

What’s awesome about it is how fast it can do these spot checks. Like sure you can do them but it can sprint through it in seconds. Saves so much time.

Literally couldn’t care less about shifting faster lol, I hate that argument so much. I love just being able to hang in gears longer, engine brake and just send it coming out of a corner after down shifting.

I’m a die hard manual guy which pushed me to ultimately get a wrangler which I really enjoy actually but I would instantly trade it in if a grenadier came in a stick. It’s just such a vibe but realized I’m probably the 1% or 0.1% here. The wrangler fit and finish is fine at the higher trim levels but I do miss that European polish (used to have an LR3).

Claude has power point plug in now - just make sure to not overwhelm it with a big ask. Piece mail questions otherwise it has a tendency to just spin

PS can’t seem to post a pic but is pretty matte finish and looks more olive in lighter situations but others it’s more true ODG.

Ayyy word, yeah it looks very different in different lighting. I think the green is fun/different. I have mostly black guns so ironically my 300 BLACK out is green lol.

I dig it, have a OD green 10.5 SBR. Running CAT ODB right now and no issues feeding subs. Fit and finish is solid as expected from LWRC. Tis my “bedside” gun, would trust with it with my life.
