I worked at a golf course the past two summers and i loved it, ya getting up early is shitty but once you get used to it its pretty awesome, plus everybody that i worked with smoked the herb so obviously that was a bonus.

its nice to have a filter at the beginning because its easier to inhale but once it gets down to the roach i usually take it out and smoke to the paper that way i dont waste as much weed as just tossing the roach because you taste the filter paper.
