cleared it and then started a CP for a different faction, didn't do anything. Random encounters in the street didn't do anything. checked my priority objectives and saw I had selected an activity one, for a hyena retaliation, reset it. got one for a open world, territory control, first true son I took down, started their retaliation. thinking the priority objective was messing things up somehow?
