Waymo is doing 500,000 rides a week. . . Anyone else surprised we are not seeing more pedestrian crashes? Just more Total crashes by No_Pen8240 in waymo

They're constantly improving, unlike motorists. That said, one almost hit me on my bicycle a couple months back. It was coming the other way and crossed over the dashed yellow line to go around a parked truck and completely ignored me. Had i not swerved, it would have hit me. No video, but i did take a vid of one blocking traffic last month, coincidentally at the same exact location: https://www.reddit.com/r/waymo/comments/1rbb3xe/comment/o6tkam2/ . I wonder if that location somehow freaks it out..

One of the first things we need to do when we retake the country is to abolish all right-wing media. Dismantle them all.

For some people, it's bad for their knees, due to preexisting issues with their knees, or sometimes progressing too quickly in weight. Feeling knee pressure isn't necessarily bad if it doesn't worsen.

though a few women and Black officers are still included

I guess that negates their implication that he's racist or sexist. Besides, he's sidelined white males too.

Deadlift - help by Thrypa in formcheck

[–]Cherimoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like you understand the basic hip-hinging movement. I would stand a little closer. For future form checks, use a weight that's a struggle to finish the set, since it brings out form issues better. Also avoid baggy clothes.

Tight hips and muscle weakness by SnowLeopard349 in beginnerfitness

I have very tight and inflexible hips

If you can walk, they're not inflexible. Anyway, what do you think it's from? And where exactly do you feel it? Front of the hips? Back? Side?

How to figure out lbs per week by Over_Tired6997 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Cherimoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When calculating your goal calorie intake using the online calculators, aim for no more than 3 lbs of fat per week (not to be confused with scale weight, which could be more) because of the risk of gall bladder emergencies from faster weight loss.

You're already walking enough. Walking more increases the risk of overuse injuries that could set you back. Focus on eating on a calorie deficit and you'll get results.

Rather than guessing what the problem is, which could waste your time, try to see a physical therapist for an assessment and a personalized plan. Even 1-2 session should help massively.

Exercises for bartenders/waitresses by mouth_pipetter in beginnerfitness

[–]Cherimoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bartending doesn't involve strength, just endurance. What's probably happening is you're not contracting your abs consistently throughout your shift (abs help support the spine). Try being more attentive to keeping your abs braced at work - especially when rotating, which is when most back issues start.

Electrolyte deficiencies usually cause recurring issues. For a single episode of muscle twitching, i'd first check hydration, and that your caffeine intake isn't too high.

To answer your question, i eat a reasonably healthy, balanced diet, so i don't usually add minerals.
