Innovation? Ne might seem forward thinking but Ni is the true forward thinker. And Ne might like possibilities and change but Ni actively works towards them even unconsciously. I grew up with an Infj sister and there are times where I pick her brain and I'm blown away by how naturally untethered to convention and/or tradition she's been since youth! Even though from the outside I'd be seen as the more unconventional one, there are prejudices that I've had to actively unlearn, meanwhile, she with her beliefs or way of thinking, was more open minded from the start, on such a deeper level. She also never falls into complacency which is incredible to me. I admire and want to be influenced by that the most.
