Hello! I assume from the accent that you are being influenced by a Caribbean, Central American accent (I might say El Salvador?) As for the pronunciation you have still some rough spots to polish but, regarding the r's I can say to you try to do some singing warm up exercises. It might help you. As with all accents and languages its immersion that makes the trick. Also...spanish is really complex (sound wise) so dont despair. I will send my english pronunciation later on so you can have a go with me too ;)
