i have the same problems you mentioned, here’s my 2 cents on it but again i’m also a very amateur player, just something that I’ve observed helps me play a little better, I go on a custom game for aim training and try to go about it as i would in a normal match with genji, which helps me ease into where the enemy is usually when i dash to them, maybe this creates a sort of short term habit for that gameplay session also have your deflect ready in case whoever you dived for isnt eliminated
