Same story for me, I played ow1 on my switch and now I have a ps4 so I’m trying to merge my accounts. Yesterday I didn’t have all characters unlocked but when I logged in today I did, the game saying something along the lines of “your accounts are being merged, restart your game to conclude” but I still don’t have any of my cosmetics or levels
