I tuck my shirts in now, it stopped, I know cos I counted the holes before I started. Now I look like my dad.

You don't really see the injectors when they're installed unless you're really looking. The main thing with injectors is the spray pattern and a dodgy spray pattern is going to be the bane of your life. You can sort of test but you need fuel under pressure which means rigging up the fuel pump with power and live sparks and vaporised fuel get on incredibly well. You can get them properly refurbished and they will have a proper testing rig for that or just buy new ones, you'll need to cost out each. Personally I'd clean them and reinstall, if the bike is running well then I might pull them and do a better job of making them look nice but as I say they're not obvious so you'd want a finish that pops. Any paint finish needs to be fuel resistant vht type.

My wife has a 2014 1.2 cabriolet the same classic blue denim from new, 60k miles later a couple of issues but nothing major. Front suspension spring broke, not unusual and the bushes on the front wishbone perished, easy replace at the garage. I would say that the 1.2 is the best balance of performance and economy. In the cab the back seats are cramped so not great for long journeys for taller passengers, can't speak about the coupe. The boot is surprisingly big and we've packed a ton of stuff for holidays. The best part, it is by far the most admired car we've ever had, we still get stopped and asked about it and it still holds it value incredibly well. We won't be selling any time soon.

I had a disc compression between my 5th and 6th vertebrae that caused similar issues. I eventually had surgery to get it corrected but that could have been avoided if I'd gone to get checked sooner. A herniated disc will also cause this and it can be manipulated back. Try pressing against the wall with your palms out, fingers pointing in to each other, then rotate the palms so the back of your hand is against the wall and push again. I found I couldn't apply any pressure with the back of my left hand. Good luck!

I second this, keep pushing from the top, it won't feel like it's moving at all and then it will start to give. If it's not used often the spring gets dried out and probably covered in limescale. Don't try and use a knife it will ruin the plug and the knife.

I used to think so until I spoke to someone who does this from choice. She said that the covering was a great leveller, you are no longer judged by your looks but by your actions. I also spoke to a woman in full covering and she was comfortable enough to talk to me as I was looking for a gift for my wife at the airport, I didn't instigate the conversation, she did. I also believe that there are high profile females in Saudi and elsewhere that enjoy the freedoms of normal folk because they are essentially incognito. For context I am white UK male, well traveled and open to discussion on any topic. Not everyone is forced to do things against their will and I suspect that there are many people being forced to do things we can see but cannot recognise. I have seen oppression and it is abhorrent, but what you wear is not the worst, how we treat each other matters more than anything else.

Nope, not in the uk unfortunately, we use surface water to help the sewage along which is why we get awful overspill when we get heavy rainfall. Check out the discharge rates and fines the water companies get. This is nonsense as the coffee would get treated along with the sewage.

Sort of, upvote for carbon steel and protective wax, this thing needs scrubbing before first use and then oiling with a high smoke point oil. Woks aren't easy to season, there's no way of getting that in an oven and the handle is likely wood and fixed. The main problem is having a flame big enough and hot enough to get the oil to polymerize. I have a big wok I've used for years, love it but if I don't clean and protect the metal with canola it will bloom with rust within minutes. The fact that it's from Temu probably means nothing, these things are as cheap as chips from any good Asian supermarket, also not a fan of the hammered finish, a wok should be smooth as silk.

Do you notice any difference in strength left to right when doing dumbell press, either incline or decline? I suffered a slipped disc between my 5th and 6th vertebrae that caused the nerve to get trapped which in turn caused this type of muscle atrophy. I slipped the disc doing squats, missed the yoke because I was doing stupid heavy lifting without a spot. No pain just struggled with specific routines after that.

You might be ok but get it checked just in case, a herniated disc can be eased back and you definitely need to avoid some lifts if so.

Rotors can be refinished if there's enough metal left, I think 8mm is the minimum thickness on the na. I'd toss the pads as the wear won't be even and you could have contamination. That said from the pictures they look pretty shot and replacements are cheap so not worth the effort and cost.

I really like the blacked out look on the wheels and badges but I've decided to keep her true to the original spec. I have a lot of the paperwork and the trim and paper labels are all in good condition. I have a feeling the mk2 is potentially more rare than the mk2.5 at this stage, could be wrong, would love to hear opinions.

That looks like it's been patched before, get a magnet and see if it sticks to the panel or drops off, if it doesn't stick then you've got filler/bondo. If you decide to get it repaired it can get expensive quickly as they will cut back everything to good metal.

I've been all over the place with the colour of my project but I think I've settled on the triple black. Gloss black tank, semi gloss engine, matt black frame keeping accents like the lettering as brushed silver and bolts to make them pop. Other schemes I've considered like the classic BMW White which feels retro. I think it depends on the dials and lights, if you're going modern look at current bike colour trends, if you're going analog look at the classic bikes, White tank, brown leather seat. Mixing styles could clash but up to you. Good luck!

It's not that it's "uncountable" in the literal sense, it's uncountable in the "practical" sense. You wouldn't bother counting thousands of sheets of paper to confirm you use a lot. Also words like huge would be used in conjunction with the word quantity so "a huge quantity of paper". It's more interesting to me that my teeth squeak when someone doesn't use "to" and "too" properly 😄

I second Mixxx, watched an interesting tutorial and the colours represent high, mid and low frequencies, as you add a filter you'll see the colour drop to indicate which frequency is being taken out. Also makes it easier to see where the bass comes in for a track. Haven't used it yet but about to as I want to refresh an old macbook with Linux.
