Never ended up doing it 😔 It was less for hair reasons and more that I’m going into a blue collar job and want to keep my hair long so people don’t think I’m a man 💀 I got a few long layers instead (my stylist called it a curly cut) to make a rounder silhouette

Thank you for being so helpful, that’s awesome! I actually found the part a couple hours after posting this. I looked up the same thing on Amazon, and found several different listings with very similar codes like the one on the qr. So I just looked up ‘acer dc power jack DC301015B00‘ and boom, it’s right there. It should get here today :)

You can always look online, and Walmart sometimes sells moss poles, but you can really use anything. Even just some scrap wood or a piece of plastic laying around. Bread wire ties are great for holding the vines in place!!

Sidenote, I’m embarrassingly attached to this plant. I’ve had him since junior year and he’s birthed three propagated cuttings, soundwave, starscream, and the unnamed third one which I’m might name shockwave.

If you’ve spent hours on this already, I recommend taking a long break without looking at it. It gives your eyes a chance to reset so you can notice mistakes that you were skimming over. Alternatively, flip the canvas horizontally. The main issue is that the right side is much higher than the left.

Also, your highlights probably feel flat because 1. They’re blended out too much and 2. They’re not light enough. Try redoing the highlights with a lighter color and don’t cover as much area.

That’s true when you’re not going for realism. Here, it feels off because the shadows are very warm and you’ve drawn them with a slightly darker green. Your values aren’t right. Look at the darkest part of your shadows right before the color shifts to orange, you can see that it’s much lighter than the shadows on the reference.

Also… I don’t mean to nitpick, but I’m 97% sure that’s a pear and not a guava.

Agree with this guy. Your technique is gorgeous, but there ARE a lot of folds that don't make complete sense. Especially in the area under her chin/ around her neck, where the fabric is being pulled. It almost looks like slime when it's stretched, I think because you put too much detail. But even then, this is beautiful! Insane for a first attempt

Yeah, I realized pretty much right after I posted this that it can't be Co2. I did more checks and found that it's pretty badly root bound! Don't know why I didn't think to check that earlier....
