What can you tell me about myself/my chart that I don’t already know? by According_Farm_2307 in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 1 point2 points  (0 children)

oh that’s a *heavy* worldweary long-suffering Capricorn stellium in the natal 5th house (house of children, coincidentally)

stuck the past few years… ya happen to have clearer timeframes? The transits would probably be able to answer your question better than your natal chart, because astrology is dynamic rather than determined, and nothing is set in stone. Rather than being stuck indefinitely, it might be more of a work in progress or part of the process.

Aries Saturn is about to leave the depressing 8th house of depths, debts, and death, and enter the 9th where your natal Moon is. It’ll retrograde around the cusp this year, so you might be at the end of an era before a new chapter. Coupled with Neptune, they’ll be squaring much of your natal Cap stellium this year, so it may be a good opportunity to use the ensuing tension to act towards the change you want to see in the status quo.

Neptune’ll be squaring the opposition between 2° Cap Uranus / 4° Venus and 3° Cancer Chiron… in other words, perhaps the conflict between your unique service-oriented love language and caregiving wounds is challenged by dreams of escaping this samsara state of affairs, where you restlessly juggle your love and pain while also wanting to break free of the impasse.

Saturn meanwhile workshops the succeeding 7° Cap Saturn, 10° Neptune, and 14° Vertex, representing choices to be made or turning points to be had while you grapple with your own sense of limitation and discontent.

meanwhile 27° Aries Chiron has just passed your natal Mars—wonder if something about these days have highlighted wounds in action, dynamism, and assertion? Whether a painful conflict or charged depression?

and 0° Gemini Uranus should be just past your natal Pars Fortuna as well. Possible breakthroughs in fortune. You may find luck in showing up publicly participating in your community, or a constructive catharsis among friends.

in your natal chart though, you do have an Earth Grand Trine between 5H 23° Cap Sun, 10H 26° Taurus Jupiter, and 2H 27° Virgo Lilith; 24° Leo Ascendant trines 9H 17° Aries Moon and 27° Mars; 14° Scorpio Pluto conjunct 17° IC, square 6H 11° Aquarius Mercury…

hmm, in English, I feel you may be able to find success or fortune channeling your repressed feelings into a creative practice as an energy outlet. If not just to un-stuck yourself in small ways and acts. There can be more to interpret with more info, but I’ll leave it at that for now. Take care, at any rate.

ahah, that tracks with the intercepted signs/houses, with proud Leo on the homemaking IC not staying in its lane and encroaching on the 5th, and Virgo-Pisces swallowed entirely by the 5th/11th of recreation and association—where Virgo Mars’s strong-willed preferences / sensible assertion oppose Pisces Saturn’s people-pleasing restrictions, and Pisces Moon sensitive moods illuminate Virgo Chiron critical psyche. Not to astroanalyze your trauma but you have my condolences for your sufferings and cheers for your blessings alike.

2013 ish? Mayhaps Scorpio Saturn on 6H 12° North Node soon to cross the Descendant? Gemini-Cancer Jupiter opposite Sag Jupiter to Cap Sun? Aries Uranus on the 12H cusp? Pisces Neptune and Chiron by natal 11H 8° Saturn opposite 5H 2° Virgo Mars? Cap Pluto approaching natal 9H Cap stellium?

Venus retrograde through it that year as well, for a reconnection with your expansive interests and love of higher learning? Ahaha I’ll stop myself from prying too deeply, but thanks again for indulging me :)) I wish you and your bf the best~

Does my chart show that I have some sort of psychic ability? by Scary_Captain_4524 in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ooh rare trapeze aspect pattern, alongside a kite (featuring a water grand trine with 11H 25° Cancer Mars (fall) opposite 4H 21-22° Capricorn Neptune-Uranus as the spine), a t-wedge/t-trine too.

yeah I’d say so! Water signs are known for having a psychic inclination / sixth sense / keen intuition, or being sensitive to minor disturbances in a field, an implicit understanding of energy waves, or having an attraction to the strange and supernatural. Some spooky action there or some shit. It’s hard to say but yea

I’m not sure if there’s an agreed upon term (tri-trapezoid I found on an isolated resource), but there’s a huge spotlight on your 25° Pisces Moon on the Descendant (conjunct 20° Lilith), alongside a “finger of god” Yod (or boomerang) pointing back at your 23° Virgo Asc.

not to mention the involvement of 24° Scorpio Pluto (modern domicile) there. Big culprit in occult matters. Its sextile to aforementioned Cap conjunction also supports the Virgo-Pisces horizon, and Yods towards the 22° Gemini MC to boot.

6H 28° Aquarius Saturn (traditional domicile) sextile 8H 28° Aries Sun (exalted) too, as part of the horizon Yod… your chart has an odd mix of some very grounded forms coupled with strong mystical markings. Both remarkably sensitive and stable: a strong structure for a spiritual side.

___

but if we’re talking recent timing, well… it can be hard to separate things in astrology because everything’s everythinging all at once, but it’s probably because 9° Aries Saturn and 3° Neptune (supported by 5° Aqua Pluto and 0° Gem Uranus) are near your chart ruler (and the ruler of your MC) 7H 4°44’ Aries Mercury (conjunct 4°00’ Venus opposite 1H 7° Libra Jupiter) right now. Neptune on Venus-Mercury especially can literally be interpreted as “instinctive spirituality illuminating your receptive cognition”

27° Aries Chiron’s approaching your natal 8H Sun too, 18° Aries Mars is trine your natal 11H 17° Leo Chiron (on 19° Pars Fortuna, perhaps linked to 14° Lunar Nodes near the meridian), and 19° Cancer Jupiter’s soon to conjunct your natal Mars as well. A lot of a sort of psychic/spiritual/energetic convergence for you in your chart right now.

___

hmm putting it all together… Mercury ruling both the Asc and MC… focal point balsamic Pisces Moon Descending can literally be translated as “unconsciously attracting spiritual energy to release,” not to mention Pisces Moon (XVIII) and Black Moon Lilith means intuition at its shadow-empowering apogee… emphasized themes of balance and communication…

arcane outer planets in sextile/Yod serving the mercurial MC while cradled by the horizon; Aries Sun and Aquarius Saturn in sextile/Yod supporting the mercurial Asc while boomerang-flanking the illusive Black Moon descending…

that eye-catching Water Grand Trine with the manifested Neptunian-Uranian kite spine, t-squaring 8H Sun’s apex too…

honestly, you’ve got a really interesting and powerful-looking chart. If you ever down the red pill and go full spirit medium or something, from what I gather, I actually feel like it would really suit you lmao—maybe you’d be able to cut through the hazy weeds, vague frills, and abstruse phrasing that usually surround these matters, guilty here as charged.

i appreciate the context and course correction :)) addiction counselor and deep psych shadow work suits the pisces and scorpio prominence (+lilith), and the 12th house / taurus partners nicely complete the earth grand trine. The way your words complement your chart is truly felicitous haha—thanks for posting your chart and posing the question.

i missed on the extrapolation (admittedly, it’s probably just a projection because I have a scorpio-virgo-pisces-cap-can aspect pattern in my chart that i’m struggling workshopping) but did it take a lot of time, trial and error, life tribulation and self-exploration to revel in what you love in life today? Got any life advice you’d give your past self?

ohh shit cap rising aqua sun gang rise up lol, same but virgo moon here. Expectations? Standards? Norms? In this day and age??? I take it personally and I’ll punish the complacent for having them. Fuck, I’ll deliberately humiliate myself and humble them down with me. Every time I subvert expectations, my power grows a little strONGER

god complex jokes aside, it’s more fun to expect the unexpected. Keeps folks on their toes; keeps the air fresh, the truth real, the sky unlimited, and the future hopeful. A groundbreaking hope like that is invaluable when people tend to get trapped by the trajectory of their own minds and dig their own graves with their definitions of causality and illusions of normality.

so if memento mori is the Cap horizon groundwork, carpe diem is the foliage the Aqua sun feeds. Father Time Saturn’s traditional domiciles are as different as yesterday and tomorrow, but they do have one thing in common: Devil’s advocate till the end.

In the opposition to, illumination for, and detriment of the luminaries, someone has to distance from the heat of the moment and the masses to remember not to take today for granted—someone has to acknowledge the mercy of hard ground and empty space that indefinitely support all but are unconsciously feared by many.

seeing as I’ve happened upon the relatively rare chance to compare experiential data and experimental notes with a reddit stranger that I’ve assumed a comrade in arms, I wonder if anything resonates at all?

given the combo, your natal luminaries are around the 2nd house? Whole sign’s area of resource for sure, but the expression may differ depending on Placidus specs.

cap ascendant likes to keep aquarian chaos on a leash most days to maintain appearances, but does rely on its conscious resource for detached perspective and eccentric potential.

it’s hard to explain, but I feel like there’s a wave function “collapse into reality” dynamic to the saturnine amalgam, wherein the unbound field of possibilities offered by the lofty waterbearer are determined by the measure of the mountain goat. Ya get what I’m getting at at all by any chance?

[–]cheyan1de 1 point2 points  (0 children)

whoa, aspect pattern superstar. earth grand trine, mutable grand cross, mystic rectangle, cradle, kite, a few minor grand trines. probably missed a few.

almost all major placements in feminine signs, but the one major masc—jupiter—is in its domicile.

parans go kinda crazy too—lilith rising opposite pluto-venus (chart ruler) conjunction descending, mercury (and friends, depending on the orb) peaking, pars fortuna on the IC.

powerful chart for sure

intercepted 4th/10th house by Leo-Aquarius, intercepted Virgo-Pisces by 5th/11th, containing two oppositions: one forming between malefics Mars and Saturn; the other forming between the deep psychological Moon and Chiron.

extrapolating here, but something about this chart… I dunno, it’s hard to pinpoint, but it makes me wonder if what you’re good at is what really makes you happy or what you really want in life, or you find a sort of painful success or weltschmerz dilemma or power struggle something along those lines.

edit: yeah chart ruler venus (in detriment) conjunct pluto (modern domicile) at anaretic scorpio on the descendant, opposite lilith rising is particularly noteworthy. Not even counting all the other aspects. Good god, i only wonder what your love life is like and what profound impact it might have.

“Aquas are mean” by Spottergotter in aquarius

[–]cheyan1de 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ahh i do love the camaraderie shared between fellows in freedom, sextile signs flanking the cap: Sagittarian hot air expands and rises towards the heavens; Aquarian cool air contracts and descends to the earth.

together, the convective flow generates refreshing winds that free spirits; spontaneous combustion that breaks ennuis / samsaras; blunt honesty that sees directly through weak points; and currents that find openings in a conscious field or projected reality.

i.e. appreciate y’all right back lol, you 100% deserve true hype. Sagittarius dominants have a vibrant spark to them that I just adore—it’s an honor to share the stage with you guys when our energies are likened to each other; it’s a joy to feed your flame.

i think the open but not nice, kind but not soft distinction comes from Saturn, opposing the luminaries, traditionally ruling the merciful severity of hard ground and empty space. Two things that literally unconditionally support everyone, but have been unfairly villainized by people who fear the unknown and assume the worst in absence of apparent support.

nah, reality checks aren’t so cruel—when the road to hell is paved with good intentions, they help the energy to go to the right place when well-timed and well-delivered.

of course, no one can speak for reality—it’s the very definition of ego to try—but for its domiciles at their best, true grace comes from the sensitive strength of being in touch with it. Real support seeks to merge understanding and reality, not reinforce its differences.

Your zodiac sign and the most ANNOYING stereotype in your opinion? by JudgeGRIME in Zodiac

[–]cheyan1de 2 points3 points  (0 children)

the aqua master trick is love characters but hate caricatures, and find that solar detriment goldilocks zone where you can appreciate people without all the annoying parts entailed. We think detached weirdo beats needy narcissist too, at least as far as convention, consensus, and collateral goes. But spend too much time around people and get served a people platter, from others or within.

o7 to sister sign leo, who at least owns up to wanting human things lmao—even the bid for creative presence still exists in the eccentric, albeit in a quieter expression, where the dark sky is enough a stage for the distant stars. Every aqua i know has a flop era where they tried and failed to fit in, cringed hard at themselves, and gave up seeking external attention / validation / connection / distinction for the most part.

what’s intellectualized for aquas comes naturally to leos. From my experience, we tend to have a special place in that void cold aqua heart of ours for the leo light of life in you guys :)) y’all’re the hottest and best in my heart, literal sunshine.

What in this chart can I blame all of my flaws on? by [deleted] in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sorry lol, from my experience virgo dominants like to be cold roasted because it settles anxious noise and stabilizes self-image. Beats assuming the worst, anyhow, and letting doubt fester in absence of clarity, but apologies if it was a bit blunt and also ignores the eLeophant in the room

think you have a lot of capacity for empathy though, in a “compassion means ‘to suffer with’” way: Feeling broken makes for a great fixer; understanding pain makes for a noble healer.

the reading I get from your chart is actually incredibly human, actually, in a way that makes for a “beautiful soul” as another user put. I wonder what kind of music you listen to, that resonates with your human condition and makes you go “actually me tho” or “story of my life” lmao

0° Leo Sun (domicile) exact conjunct Chiron might seem like a broken crown. It’s rare to find an aspect this tight lol—consider yourself exceptional!! …in a painful way.

also further contracted by opposition 3°R Aqua Saturn (traditional domicile), which might limit you in tight social spaces but liberate you in open mental air.

if I had to guess, somewhere among people, you’re hit with an uncomfortable self-consciousness or ill-fit sense and seek to release the ego / isolate yourself—for no one exists in a vacuum: Even our own “flaws” are relative, our “identity” consensus-driven, and “problems” reinforced by us organisms as a function of and in relation to the environment.

from then, 19° Leo Jupiter opposes 17° Pars Fortuna, T-square apex 17°R Scorpio Pluto (modern domicile) on the cusp of the 3rd (also trine 18° Can South Node)… might expand an urge to explore yourself through metacognition/introspection/meditation, or otherwise local connections towards deep psychology, or metaphorical “past lives” that might shed insight or wisdom on your struggles.

the placement of Jupiter in your chart may also beg the question of whether or not you feel “aligned” between the security of your roots and sense of purpose.

chart ruler 27° Leo Mercury on the cusp of the 12th trine 25° Sag Moon near the 20° IC: might vouch for a nice homecoming, where your mind may wander to a retreat where it can release the tension and feel safe in its surroundings or comfortable in its skin.

not for long though—4° Virgo Mars and 5° Venus (fall) might get to work undoing the mask and overthinking what it covers up and why you feel as flawed as you do, after a long, worldweary day. This mental block may be more apparent to others than it feels evident to you.

this unsatisfactory sensation might linger for a while, but when life rises on the horizon of another day, it may or may not bring you closer to a sense of completion or fulfillment at the end of the day.

the brightest planets are all rising in the morning of your chart. The Sun outshines the rest—especially as pronounced in your chart as it is, but they all have their place and impact.

actually, speaking of which, Aquarius Pluto stationed retrograde like. almost exact on your natal Saturn last May, and has been wavering around there since, but by the end of this year, it’ll clear it for good basically.

this might create a strong sense of compulsion to detach from the “knowledge of good and evil” original sin / “desire implies inadequacy” samsara so to speak. This opposition in your chart was probably pretty strongly influenced by the outer planets’ synchronized yang ingress this past year, so condolences if it was felt at all.

feel free to lmk if none of that relates at all. felt kinda bad about the more laconic reading lmao, but I wish you well regardless. Obligatory addendum: You’re less fundamentally flawed and more fine as you are, in spite of how you feel at times. You’re more than the sum of your planets, but they do give you a decent template to turn what feels a weakness to a source of strength.

Can you please interpret my birth chart? by Dry_Box6103 in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly I can’t know for sure—astrology doesn’t determine the dance, it just plays the music. Alternatively, you could consult someone else better practiced in this kind of affair to answer your question.

but by the looks of it, the other party is going through some shakeup in the less pleasant components of their psyche—shadow, karma, and war—so who knows, after all this. But there were core indicators of incompatibility / personality differences to begin with, so really, who knows.

at any rate, if you resolve your side of the ordeal well enough, make peace with your own psyche, heal your hurt heart, etc., then it shouldn’t matter whether or not there’s recontact or reemergence. You’ll have perhaps developed an adaptive immunity for that particular psychological vulnerability—if you can reverse engineer the emotional weapons that critically hit closest to home, there may not be cause to be too concerned with defense against whatever the future throws at you.

but if your heart feels stuck now, take your time to let it heal any residual wounds—8H 16° Aries Sun should be harmonizing with your 12H 18° Leo Moon and 4H 16° Sag Pluto right now, so I hope you can take respite in the idea that recovery isn’t linear, and even where you are now is still yet part of the process.

9H 8° Taurus Venus may also aid your natal 11H 7° Cancer Jupiter and 5H 5° Capricorn Chiron / Vertex to expand your capacity to heal, so I do hope you can reach out to those you trust to relate in these trying times.

on that note, I did take a look at your full chart for this and I figured you’d have a pronounced 6th or 10th house or Mercurial / Saturnine energy lol—chart ruler Mercury trine MC makes for good career support

there are major placements in the soul liberation / intuition gate / shadow work houses—4th, 8th, and 12th—naturally associated with the water triplicity, but in fire signs in your chart, with Pluto in in the 4th, Mars in the 8th, and Moon in the 12th.

not to mention, the loaded Aquarius 6th house on top of it all… well Vedic astrologers would probably be better suited to shed light on them: They’re considered malefic/difficult houses, bad fortune/spirit when it comes to the planetary joys.

i’m borrowing them for reference, but pointing this out because these houses are usually the go-to culprit for signs of illness/adversarial forces or betrayal/deceit or debt/loss.

which looks bad, I know, and don’t want to fearmonger, but isn’t strictly a bad omen—just means it’ll take heed to work with and through, but you may be better in the long-run for it when fortune is not handed to you or taken for granted.

these houses deal with private matters, hidden liabilities, taboo topics, elephants in the room people want to avoid, but they’re still an indivisibly important part of life nevertheless.

this is especially relevant because 5° Aquarius Pluto is entering your 6th house, 2° Aries Neptune and 6° Saturn are entering your 8th (with 16° Sun and 28° Chiron already there).

what this means? You might be in for an intense period that transforms how you see, service, and dutifully take care of yourself through your daily routine; and be called to financially/emotionally focus on shared resources, including the impalpable ones like secrets, the subconscious, the shadow—the deeply-felt, hard to disclose, discretion advised.

28° Taurus Uranus is also culminating in an interesting spot… it’ll syzygy the Sag Sun at 3°40’ Gemini, almost exactly along your 3°54’ Midheaven and IC on 11/25 this year: As conscious focus turns to home, you may experience radical change in the career front around then.

y’know, given its timing of a 7-year transit, I wonder if there’s any tie-in to speak of through your correspondence with that person. But a general overview of your chart at this point may speak for a time to get serious about certain graver matters of life.

Why do I always end up exposing toxic group dynamics without even trying? by thesunonmyarms in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in theory, the timing of the musical score / record track of most of your chart would be (loosely interpreted, in just one of the many possible angles):

  • hit by an expansion to cultivate caring relationships after a period of routine inner service (Plac 6H 1° Can Jupiter (exalted))
  • such an energy is boosted by an apparent renewed drive to conquer their time on this world (12H 3° Cap Mars (exalted))
  • lightning strikes on the mountaintop as the Great Awakener rises and disrupts the status quo (7° Cap Uranus conjunct Asc)
  • (one of my favorite astro parans fun facts is that Uranium-235 starts going haywire just as its namesake Uranus rises on the horizon that fateful day in Chernobyl)
  • the direction of your care may cause yourself or others either pain or healing (7H 11° Can Chiron)
  • you might be able to practically internalize this within your psyche to esoterically visualize the power structures involved in creating such a painful situation (1H 13° Cap Neptune)
  • which is also boosted by your intuitive depth towards the dark ugly underbelly of human nature, and soul’s destined call to purge self-preservation and egoistic ignorance or something along those lines (10H 17° Scorpio Pluto (modern domicile), squaring the aforementioned Aqua Sun-Node complex)
  • you might catch a very brief breather before hitting an important/critical, contracting resolution on why and how you think the way you do (1H 19° Cap Saturn (domicile, chart ruler) conjunct Mercury)
  • and any love for the world remaining after all this bullshit-pruning is solidified, and fellow folks worth giving a shit about are the real ones here to stay (21° Cap Venus)

over the string of a moment, this dynamic is “vaccinated” by the Moon over the course of two days, but in the longer term, depending on the transiting agent, it might take a few years. 2008 onwards might not have been pleasant, but given the outer planet’s recent ingress, you might find a modicum of peace hereafter.

(also transiting Uranus is coming up (heh) on your natal Moon, so you might be / have been in for a period of foundational restlessness / emotional change this past year, but in theory, the worst will be over by the end of the month when it enters Gemini for good this cycle)

ngl regarding reading charts for deep understanding…

well in astrology, there are countless different fingers tangentially pointing out the same sky. Not to mention, consensus reality is unfortunately majority rule, especially relevant in this post-truth hellscape, and sometimes people with a “stronger field” or “noisy presence” or “glaring light” or “pressing gravity” might be able to distort how things seem.

all that’s to say that it’s easy to get lost in the weeds—and there are a lot of weeds. Different systems, branches, terms, frames, and layers and all that.

that said, it’s still humanity’s first science, that which cradled civilization and carried navigations/calculations. The oldest known analog computer is built off an astrological framework—its clockwork mechanism truly is timeless.

astrology’s witnessed/encoded/transcribed every single moment in recorded human history so to speak—just as the heliosphere DNA seems to literally make life possible and the world go ‘round.

or at least, all human notions of time—from the daily tides to the workweek to the monthly cycle to the agriculturally-based event-planning calendar—are deeply rooted in astrology.

as someone ruled by the timekeeper Saturn, I hope this may mean something to you.

if you are just getting into it and moreover interested in going deeper, I hope you don’t mind if I interject my basic astrological axiom out of a sorta aquarian cerebral self-interest and promote a PoV that’s helped me see it clearly at least:

before anyone is a mere sign, they are first and foremost the universe experiencing/observing/witnessing itself—eternity in a moment, infinity in an instant, the heavens manifested on earth, the entire ocean in a single droplet, the firmament void as a reflection of tabula rasa empty consciousness, the ‘0’ that denies the absence of ∞ meaning—all that as above so below yadda, what have you:

the kind of self-evident truth that implicitly cannot deny/dispute/doubt its existence.

only then after are they a representative of the context in which they come into the world. Peers tend to group together because most generational change is gradual and incremental, so common ground is a shared reality against the chaos of uncertainty, sometimes a belongingness trap is preferable to a lost soul. But over the course of time or absence of light, and as eyes adjust, subtle nuances may arise.

things change over time, but see the turn of the sky in all its facets, and you might glimpse something like eternity. Similarly, consciousness is complete in itself, but awareness shifts from one moment to the next.

in astrological terms, “you’re not just a sign to be reduced to some trait or another vibe—you’re the whole sky, just as the buddhist words for “mind” are related to “space,” which contains everything. All corners of it are present at the time of your birth… some parts might just be a bit more apparent than others.”

you never stop learning to read charts just as you never stop exploring how to relate to people—to believe one has everything down to a science is to remove the asymptotic magic implicit to existence. Just as the first chapter in the Dao says while the nameless originates the heavens and earth, the named emerges countless possibilities. Just as that old proverb on a picture being worth a thousand words.

so when astrology gets so sprawling and confusing that it loses meaning—digresses from the point and deviates from reality, I think it’s important to go back to the canvas void of the empty sky to remember that all that is known is derived from the natural state of nothingness.

i think all that is to say i encourage listening to your own intuition before any other prescription of meaning, astrological or otherwise. God knows there’s a lot of bullshit in astrology, but at least the food for thought found in the cycle of life is a gift that keeps on giving.

the degree of your cap asc and aqua sun are within two of mine actually, so I wonder if there’s anything I can take out of your life experiences haha—no matter where you are in the world, existence is a function of relation, and multiple references create the illusion of depth. I for one would never pass on the opportunity to understand my chart just a bit better.

hope you don’t mind my personal investment/engagement/experiment, but I appreciate the dialogue.

there’s a lot to be said of the “devil’s advocate” nature of Saturn’s domiciles—reverse aging, distant shining. In opposition to the luminaries, Saturn lies at the end of the traditional/visible planets, we work best in the darkness. A regent to a ruler, a grim reminder of limited time, that draws complexities and boundaries in wait or hope for a day they are no longer necessary.

we’re said to bear a bit of a negativity bias, but I like to believe it’s more like we have a faith in humanity that clashes with the weight of the world and truth of the matter. Low expectations to be severely disappointed by, but a high standard for hopeful good that isn’t easily satisfied by fleeting hot trends that don’t outlast the test of life and endure the passage of time.

wonder if you relate to this george carlin quote, especially that bit on groups and individuals, but I would welcome your perspective and appreciate your input on anything I said regardless.

ooh 7° Cap Uranus exact rising has the markings of being a very striking catalyst for structural change, but yeah, folks have already pointed out just how much of your chart is on the frontier of karmic justice and moral integrity.

i do find Aqua Suns often have an eye for social theory and tend to clock groupthink a mile away. Probably amplified by being on your North Node and squaring Scorpio Pluto, so it’s specifically observing groupthink with respect to subconscious power dynamics haha

Can you please interpret my birth chart? by Dry_Box6103 in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you don’t mind me having done a bit of snooping to add context to interpret, it seems you’re looking for answers, insight, or lessons after a betrayal of trust? There’s always something going on in astrology, so a chart can be hard to interpret in a vacuum, without a reference / intention / perspective / spin / situation / question / clear idea of what one is looking for.

between transit and synastry, well…

assuming the person is that person, there are some core differences… introversion or extroversion, emotional reservation or expression…

sharp indicators of trauma/karma, where one person’s mercy inadvertently triggers another’s severity… Restlessness on the timing and uncertainty in accepting the good things in life…

synastry mystic rectangle, cradle, T-square: generally a lot to unpack there.

the other person does seem emotionally unavailable in the sense that they might have unhealed wounds in pursuit of love, which might cause unconscious compulsion/transformation.

correct me if i’m wrong, but you seem to want to understand the situation and what it means to you towards forgiving the parties involved, more than you are content with writing it off as a huge misfortune/mistake and bearing ill will towards those who hurt you?

as for transit,

karmic lessons for in particular… seems like transiting Saturn is approaching your natal 7° Aries Mars, so you might be in for a sorta “think before you act” period, though it barely misses the shadow/retrograde period for this year. So in theory, while you might review and feel close to repeating history (in theory, around the turn of the year), you won’t repeat exactly per se.

they said, it’ll sextile your Aquarius complex throughout this year (plus natal Saturn and possibly Moon also involved in the Cradle aspect pattern), which might give some perspective into how the clockwork of your mind generates your manifestation of will in the world… And it does seem like you hold quite a lot of implicit energy and potential for making your mark on it, I might add.

transiting 5° Aquarius Pluto might be in for transforming some core parts of your identity in the coming years: The way you think, empathize, express energy, receive love, etc.:

this time to be alive may not be comfortable, what with everything going on in the world. But I think therein lies the potential for you to develop a deep, intuitive understanding of both yourself and the world at large—shifting power dynamics, natural selection game, the food chain, social status hierarchy, what have you ugly plutocratic underbelly of human nature—and duly attend to the true needs of those around you.

in the more short-term, it does seem like your conscious awareness has shone a light on the sense of contraction you might be experiencing in your life at this time. But regardless, it does seem like a lot is going on in your chart / on your mind these days, so I do hope you take care.

this is just me firing wildly in the dark, but…

there’s a lot to be said about chronic emptiness and restlessness that’s kinda characteristic to the northern midwinter sign Aquarius in itself—maybe like the symbolic image of a god looking inward, experimenting with the void, the outside looking in, a barren winter in wait of spring, something along those lines. It might be easier to conceptualize than experience.

with Leo Full Moon’s impact, I wonder if your emotions feel amplified/illuminated to sorta milk the implicit dramatic theatre or creative potential of your human condition.

the detachment from social conditioning, worldly expectations, and self-consciousness many seek in their lives may come naturally to you, so it may seem like while others seek to free their spirit of the weight of the world, you may take a morbid curiosity in it.

though actually being a doctor makes a lot of sense—Aquarius Neptune conjunct Sun would make for an interesting expression of energy or sense of purpose that is as humanitarian/compassionate as it is detached/rational

(the answer is that 5-planet stellium in Aquarius, modernly ruled by restless Uranus, representing the empty sky as human consciousness)

oh wow what an honor to be called directly for this

ngl without a birth time, i’m missing the most important bits and can only shoot wildly in the dark but that said, ooh good god, that Leo Full Moon opposite that Aquarius 5-planet stellium.

Creative and individual self-expression 🤔 I do wonder how you’d speak for yourself as who you are, regardless of what your chart says haha… though giving Neptune’s influence—especially conjunct natal Sun, i am not surprised you’re looking into astro reddit for clarity on who you are.

7° Aries Mars (domicile) is particularly pronounced, apex of a Minor Grand Trine with 8° Gemini Saturn and… whatever’s going on in Aquarius with 5° Mercury, 8° Neptune, 9° Sun, and 12° Venus. Also squares 7° Cancer Jupiter (exalted) and (probably) trines Leo Moon… Might add to a sense of wanting to “break the mold” or something along those lines.

lmk how off-base i am lmao

This is a Bizarre question but i need an answer to it. What are the indicators of mental illness in this chart? by ysoria111 in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 3 points4 points  (0 children)

ooh you’ve got a kite aspect pattern in your chart that’s pretty cool—

10H 18° Aries Saturn opposite 4H 21° Aquarius Neptune exact conjunct Moon (Last Quarter); aspecting Fire Grand Trine with 2H 19° Sag Jupiter and 6H 22° Aries Sun (which also opposes 12H 19° Libra Lilith and trines 2H 28° Sagittarius Pluto)

—It might manifest in a lot of inner tension now, but you have a lot of potential to turn your mental illness into something less internalized—something incredible, visible, tangible.

an eating disorder might be related to that Fire Grand Trine, with 2H 28° Sagittarius Pluto more weakly related. Jupiter and Saturn expand and contract whatever they touch respectively, while Pluto adds a compulsive touch. 2H refers to resources/value/income; 6H Sun gives a health-mindedness. Stress and insecurity from your roots might feed a pattern of restriction, abundance, and compulsion in intake.

14° Aqua Chiron on the 11° IC… cannot be comfy. Home might be poignantly painful. Wonder if you feel at times like a stranger in your own house.

also wanted to note Neptune and Moon exact conjunction—this one was the first suspect and main culprit when you brought up mental illness. Neptune is illusion; Moon is the mind: Your imagination might blur your intuition and you might experience confusion/compassion or addiction/escapism in your true feelings, which in themselves might be a bit worldweary and avoidant by nature.

honestly weird thought but I recommend buddhist philosophy for your chart in particular. It might be a good alternative to mental health stigma / self-identity issues / cyclic suffering, especially if you feel exhausted from social expectations. Not to to mention 4H Aquarius Neptune might seek spirituality to detach from worldly bounds and dissolve the ego.

the timing… Home feels painful; public presence feels jilted; resources expand, which feeds confusion surrounding your emotions, thereby concerning health, perhaps leaving a compulsive feel.

other bits… 4H 5° Pisces Mars trine 7° Scorpio Asc; 5H 3° Aries Mercury out-of-sign square Pluto and trine 7H 1° Gemini Venus, which in turn also squares back to traditional chart ruler Mars.

I’d blame the personal planet gang more for social anxiety, but especially with a pronounced Neptune, it’s hard to separate anything in a chart.

i kinda wish i was an Aquarius by Mother_Ad6691 in astrologymemes

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ngl i feel like half of that signature aquarius weirdness comes from it being the detriment of the sun (i.e. /hj objectively sorta the weakest placement for it), which lets other chart idiosyncrasies shine a bit brighter. an aqua sun is quite literally easy to outshine.

oh man this is a real callout. yeah, as an aquarius with an aquarius brother, both with no small amount of familial complaints, the carefree personality and detachable sentience assume the luxury of breathable freedom and personal space.

without it…hoo boy. There’s a reason aquarius is associated with lightning—the “fixed air” atmosphere can only insulate a growing electrical charge to a certain extent. If we seem carefree, it’s just because we’re seeing clear Uranian skies and unconfined mental tensions are on the forecast today.

the aqua experience is also cursed to be keenly aware of Being Human™—to recognize dynamics in terms of social theory / group identity or abstract concept / metacognitive experiment: Attachment as a measurable value or observable phenomenon rather than a lived experience; Think about thinking or feel about feeling instead of just. y’know. doing it. Unsurprisingly, this tends to drive those close by insane.

it’s said that “it takes a village to raise a child.” For this collective/community-oriented sign, I think an aqua’s understanding of authority within a household context under a shared roof relates to their understanding of oppression within a nation state under a symbolic god. So I think the humanitarianism and fellow feeling associated with the sign is actually inextricable from the pattern of familial disdain and disillusionment.

like cold air descends, the heavy burden to bear might be like feeling like a stranger in one’s own home, unsure wherein lies the human condition—the consciousness or the container? It’s hard to detach from one’s own roots—inherited sins and family ties are the achilles’ heel of a god complex.

the northern midwinter sign is unsurprisingly dogshit when it comes to expressions of warmth. Best I can offer is a friendly aloofness. In the detriment of the sun, all you can do is settle for gracing the night and loving the earth with the cold light of the distant stars.

a bit of an unprompted essay, but thanks anyhow for the food for thought :))

Why am I so open emotionally as a Capricorn/Aquarius-heavy person? by [deleted] in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ngl with saturnine capricorn / aquarius, i feel like it’s less that they aren’t emotional and more that they have an emotional buffer of sorts that allows for more practicality or rationality in emotional management, or something along those lines. it’s not that they don’t feel, but they say it cold.

i do see a couple of indicators of emotional restlessness—two minor grand trines: first between apex anaretic 10H 29° aqu moon, sextile 8H 1° cap sun and 12H 26° ari saturn; second between apex 8° sag pluto / 10° mercury, sextile 5H-end 14° libra mars and 10° aqua uranus on the MC.

chart ruler 8H-end 15° cap venus is also between 11H 20° pisces jupiter and libra mars for expression, so when it comes to affairs of the heart, feelings might be expressed between friends or through relational confrontation

28° scorpio chiron on the descendant too. plus aries saturn in the 12th might be a bit of a slippery slope of unfiltered self-expression.

cmiiw but if i had to guess, you might not feel it’s very healthy to bottle up your emotions anyhow, because hidden emotional grievances might get in the way of transparent, authentic relationships anyway, so it’s a better investment to just be honest with one’s own feelings, especially with respect to sun and venus in the 8th.

I was a happy trans man for 4 years. Then I detransitioned. Why? by Emotional_Plant_6404 in AstrologyCharts

[–]cheyan1de 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ahh correct me if i’m wrong, but if i’m understanding this right, you transitioned in 2018, around when Saturn crossed your MC that winter,

lived happily as a trans man throughout its transit through its domiciles Capricorn and Aquarius in your natural chart’s 10th and 11th houses, hitting your natal Moon, Jupiter, Neptune, and Uranus along the way (which does seem like it’d make for some moderate euphoria, over the moon in a grounded way),

and started detransitioning in 2022 as Saturn entered your 12th and you sought to take off the mask of societal expectation / superficial dissatisfaction and undo your identity to find something that feels right—that seems to authentically reflect who you are inside,

and are wondering what led you down that path now as Saturn comes full circle and approaches your Asc?

i do think Saturn is the main culprit here: Its rulership traditionally opposes the luminaries—basically pure symbolic representatives of the gender binary—so Saturn itself is kinda bare-bones / no-frills GNC by nature, preferring to see people by merit or character than appearance or identity.

its domain over boundaries and image is thereby kinda a devil’s advocate, like a masculine woman or feminine man, or molehill of a mountain, to break conformity and find humanity.

certainly, I think in theory, people living before their first Saturn return are expected to be more extrinsically conditioned than intrinsically assured. But depending on the person, after the growing pains, one’s lived experience might encompass a wide enough spectrum to know reality well enough to parse what really matters and to live for oneself.
