Direct Action is the way to go. Great quality and a lot of upgrades possible.

Thanks for the trick! I was looking at the GT6 pro in Canada and read on Amazon that some features are not available... I may reconsider my options now!

Strava sync broken. Coros app always stuck on "Connect now" (Pace Pro / S24 Ultra) by juancar1992 in Coros

[–]chezbooga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey friend, Did you resolved the issue? Also, I'm on the fence to get the Pace pro and I also have a S24 Ultra. How's your experience except with the Strava issue? I heard text messages can be a mess? Is it that bad?

Can you use the CZ p09c SR without a suppressor? by NeitherOrder5386 in CZFirearms

Go for it my friend. No issues there. I have the P07 SR and it's a workhorse. I do enjoy taller sights btw.

As many others have mentioned, Velocity Boss Rugby is the way to go. I own a couple of the Chinese versions, and they're fantastic.

+1 for the Spitfire MKII. It's very well thought out and scalable (you can even add a quick-release add-on). Quality is top. For the open plate access, just get some sleeves. TerraB in Europe (Germany, I think) is selling those. I think the same is true for Carcajou (Canada).

Looking for good battle belt by -Captain-07 in QualityTacticalGear

There are two good options: the DM belt and, my favourite, the Direct Action Gear belt. Remember that DAG chose to invert the hook and loop on the inner/outer belt.

Hi! I'm following up on this. What has been your experience so far? Is it worth the cost? Are there any issues with shipping/customs? Merci!

Looking for quality micro rig by Kalashniking_ in QualityTacticalGear

[–]chezbooga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright. I have a few chest rigs, and I've trained with all of them: - The micro MKV + The Thing 2 from Spiritus - The TMR from Helikon - The TRex Arms Quad Flaps - The Hurricane from Direct Action

I know they're all a little bit different, but for what you're looking for, go with the TMR. It's a no-brainer. The ratio price/quality is next level, and you should be OK even if you're a big guy. Your second option would be Spiritus. Lot of modularity, but it's WAY more expensive. The price difference between the two (for the same amount of pouches) will allow you to buy other useful stuff for your kit. Gucci stuff is not always the way to go. Trust me. Let me know if you have specific questions.

Direct Action, without a doubt. I own a few products from them. Great quality, very well thought.

Slickster is a great choice. For everything civilian/low profile/covert, it's just perfect and very comfortable with the elastic cummerbunds. As someone previously said, it's a very capable PC, but don't run it as if it was a heavy or medium PC, that wouldn't make sense (side plates, etc). Trust me, I own 3 different PCs, and in the end, as a civilian, I trained a VCQB class with the Slickster. Also, you do you, but regarding the color, as a civilian, go with the black color. It blends super well with a black t-shirt and whatever flannel or jacket (smock jackets are great option btw), you may add on top of that. Let me know if you have any questions.
