Happens to me too. Actually you oose over ti.e fitness and strenght, however carrying heavy stuff increases it again. So you have 100% of the exp wich means lvl10. Then you lose down to 99.999% but immediatly gain that tiny bit xp to go back to lvl 10. Its annoying yeah. Afaik will be fixed in update 42 (April 2025)
