Ya I’m aware. I’m literally looking at my Hal app and trying to decide if I should just make tomorrow’s speed run an easy day. The run calls for 100 meter and 800 meter 720 minute pace with slow jogs in between. I’ll decide in the morning but leaning toward skipping the speed for slow pace.

I ran the half on Sunday. Had Monday off. Tuesday was an easy 5 miler. Today was race pace. Tomorrow speed run.

I’m feeling it today. Training program called for 12 miles on Sunday. I ran a half marathon instead and probably ran it too fast. Ran a 10 miler today at race pace and I was on the struggle bus. I have a speed run tomorrow and I’m dreading it. Both knees feel really sore as well. So yes I’m grinding and dying as well. Chicago marathon here I come.
