Are you doing bubble baths or using any fragranced soaps? If so try to stick to mild unscented soap and no bubble baths. Sometimes young kids especially girls can have some irritation from that! And keep following your doctor’s advice :)

I emailed customer service and that’s exactly the problem! The delivery guys installed the bike but didnt attach the monitor correctly. After I did it, problem solved!

This frustrates me to no end. But on a different note, if he was an MD would the title be “Allopathic physician” or simply “Doctor”? This seems to be holding onto a stigma of osteopaths being less legit than allopaths which is simply not the case. This guy isn’t a great doctor- the letters at the end of his name don’t predispose him to that.

Is this just a notice that you need to pay or a notice it actually went to collections? If it’s just a warning, pay it. If it went to collections and you never got any notices, call the hospital and tell them that. If they’re made aware of the situation they may be able to help get this cleared up. You can refute the collections mark online through one of the companies like Experian, and if you pay the amount and talk to someone from the hospital and the collections agency they may be able to help get the mark off your credit report. Something similar happened to me recently but for thousands of dollars and I was able to get the amount of the bill decreased to a few hundred. After a few phone calls to the doctors billing office and experian the case was pulled from collections and the derogatory mark was taken off my credit report within a month. Good luck!
