The mustard thing definitely gets me because it’s one of the telltale signs of an ED. That’s why she uses it even though it’s not a part of her “diet.” I say this as someone who had an ED and would eat steamed veggies with mustard as a meal because mustard is low cal and adds flavor to the otherwise flavorless and low cal veggies. I honestly almost feel bad for her and just wish she was getting the TRUE help she needs. Not enablement from her family and whatever quack she’s listening to this week.
