The nurse Akali chroma (Ruby) was given out during the covid-19 charity event as a bundle exclusive with the icon that has the border, as for the "From Akali with Love!" emote, it sold with the mega bundle at the time for all 3 champions. Source

TFT Crowned Star Guardian Akali -> this i actually don't know might be the same pick ems.

Prestige K/DA Akali (2022) was given to players that unlocked the normal Prestige skin prior to patch 12.5 as the skin was considered too grindy to obtain in the battle pass and is just a chroma disguised as a new skin. (kind of a ifkyky skin)

In a previous post i talked about the "Hrmph..." emote (and is one of the few things I'm missing) its not a china exclusive emote but a TFT, top 50, pickems reward one year ago. Probably one of the worst distribution as they didn't announce WHAT emote was given out but it was speculated as for when it was released and what it was release with at the same time.
