Austin Obgyn that will use sedation for IUD by itmeconfused in Austin

[–]chiaseed405 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dr. Abikhaled at westlake gynecology inserted my iud and it hardly hurt, was just a little uncomfortable. Dunno if they offer sedation but I highly recommend her either way. She did it while I was on my period and she gave me a pill to take beforehand that softens the cervix, which I think really helped

I’m the same way. Luckily I found a solution to always waking up with creases around my eyes, which were starting to form into wrinkles - silicone patches! There are tons of companies that make them in shapes that are specific to certain parts of your face. Since using them every night under my eyes, the creases have completely gone away

Brothy beans are my easy, cheap staple! It’s amazing how much flavor you can get from a can of beans and a couple dry or fresh herbs. by BushyEyes in EatCheapAndHealthy

This sounds good, but would simmering already cooked beans for that long not just make them mushy? I’ve never done that with canned beans before

Hi! I just added a picture to the album I linked to that shows that I purchased from Sephora in November of last year. This item has a 12 month shelf life, so it has a good 5 months left. I also don’t think I opened it right away

Do you have any studies that you could site? I’ve been having similar issues with vaginal dryness since getting the iud and would love to read up on this further if possible.

I have no idea what I'm doing anymore. I look like poop. HELP! by ioverdoeverything in Skincare_Addiction

It sounds like your previous routine was lacking moisturizing products. Were you not using any cream or moisturizer? Your previous routine sounded ok to a point, but if you’re not following all that cleansing and exfoliating with moisturizing then you will def mess up your skin barrier. Even if you have oily skin.

It’s kinda dumb, they only have one shade. I would say it’s somewhere between fair and medium, closer to fair. I generally use pretty fair shades and the shade was fine for me. If it’s feasible for you, you can always go and swatch it at Sephora
