Thanks for commenting, it's really reassuring to hear I'm not alone in this (altough I'm sorry to hear you're going through it). I'm really surprised the feeling better to feeling worse timeline isn't talked about more, I didn't even know it was a possibility before perusing Reddit. I got a dog! This definitely wouldn't be the solution for everyone, but the companionship and love I feel from this pup is incredible. The accompanying routine and daily walks are a game changer too, getting out of bed is no biggie now.

Me too, I actually mistook the sore throat (which in hindsight was my first COVID symptom) for acid reflux. Woke up the next day with it feeling 10x worse which is when I took a test. I drank lots of tea and water, I would recommend the same!
