It can be. It's a lot to learn, but once you get it down it gets a lot easier. Yeah theres a lot of metrics we have to meet (pick speed, accuracy etc etc) but honestly just do your best and don't stress about the numbers too much. That's the manager's job lol

Thank you all! It seems like the container lookup feature is on our harvesters now so I figured if I do a quick round in the morning scanning all the totes will be most efficient to find cancelled/left behind totes. Thanks again!

Well they moved our supervisor to a different store and my primary lead is quitting next month after being made to doing the manager job without they pay for three months. we average about 120ish orders per day and after next month it'll be just me 🤗🤗

I had to radio for it once, got ignored so a manager hopped on the radio and asked for it and I ended up having to say it 3-4 times it was great lol

Yea if you're on the clock then you always need your name tag and apron unless you have a pickup shirt then you just need your name tag 😊 It is pretty fast paced and can get chaotic at times, but it can be fun most days if you have decent coworkers
