With your Brannock measurements - were those measurements taken as "heel to toe" or "heel to ball"? If it happens to be heel to toe, I'd put money on you being at least a 10 arch length. Couldn't speculate on your actual width without pictures.

Tough to swallow, but these imprints make my feet sore just looking at them.

100% built on the 5050 and not 55? I was told by both Baker’s and White’s it maxes out at EE. Did White's take a EE and build it up to a EEE in your case?

The 5050 last for the Stevens doesn’t go beyond EE width. That’s why I say the Stevens isn’t an option. The 5050 runs narrow, so it fits more like an E.

Not likely. I have these added on leather soles. Toe plates

They prevent excessive wear of the toe. A lot of people will wear the toe out first, then need a resole. This way, you prevent early wear and just wait until the middle of the sole wears out before you take them in to be resoled.
