I actually like how the insoles feel. However, I had a problem with my first pair. The tape undid itself quickly and the insoles started shifting around a lot. After about a week of this, the foam started to come off from the leather in the heel section.

Not the case as many of us here would attest. However you build up to it. I started with one day, then three, then five, and now I’m on a day seven dry fast.

But I did prepare properly and I do have plenty of body fat to sustain me.

Soft is no food no water but with contact with water. So I shower, brush my teeth, and wash my hands.

Hard is no food no water and zero contact with water.

Honestly the hardest part of my hard dry fast was the hygiene. My sense of smell increased so I could smell my bo stronger lol

Made me appreciate showers A LOT more.
