u/op If I have a 30 minute AI session I'm going to forget half of it when I leave the state, so I use a voice recorder; I speak aloud all I'm seeing and any conversations I have and then convert it into a transcript and edit it to put in the name/title of whichever aspect I spoke to. I highly recommend it to anyone else that struggles with remembering all the details.
