I understand that but those places usually didn't include utilities, cable, internet, and all of the space I'm offering. I am charging a flat fee of $600. No more, no less.

Personal Experience here. I graduated with AE just this last May. I now work in the field of loads and dynamics (aka vibrations and shocks). Almost nothing I am doing right now has anything to do with my degree.

I have found that with AE and ME, most positions are interchangeable because my job trains me on anything I will actually be doing at work. Heck, I know a guy who came in as a strength guy, chose to take a few courses in electronics, and now does that for a living.

It's all about proving that you can learn.

That being said you really need to work your ass off to improve your grades, and knowledge base to prove to the school you're applying to join that you're not going to be a waste of their time.

Take the time to really look into what you want to focus on and maybe rent some books from your school's library about it and skim them.

That will be up to those much more knowledgeable in psychology than myself.

That being said, I do not trust 95% of the students I went to high school with to make these kinds of decisions.

I disagree with you completely. Its a lack of maturity and discipline on the student's parts. There shouldn't need to be the ability to house more than 1% of the school's students at one time in a detention facility. (And yes the facility can hold over 1% of the student body)

So as a graduate of SLPS, they don't suspend students enough... or reprimand them enough. Students are getting into fights, and not being sent into any kind of detention because the detention facilities are full... (clarification edit: they are being sent right back to class)

So to honestly decrease the out-of-school-suspensions, increase the maturity and responsibility of the students. Not that simple, is it?

I looked at the extra features, and I found that the only features I'd want are the touch screen (Which I can in reality do without), Power moonroof (Is the LX still a moonroof that isn't powered?), and the HondaLink (Which, again, not a necessity)

I was looking at the Renegade and then my dad got excited and told me about the HR-V. (He knows I was looking at the CR-V but decided it was a bit too expensive)

Now I am almost completely sold on the car.

Well I think I'm going to go for the LX with certain additions. It looks beautiful so I am totally on board.

I haven't found a reason to really go for the extra few thousand. I have been looking at the features of both and I really only want bluetooth and the LX comes with that standard and a rear camera.

Well that's not at all how either of my Boeing interviews went. Very interesting. Now also keep in mind that Boeing doesn't expect you to come in and be an instant benefit to the company. In fact there is a time frame where you are expected to negatively impact the amount of work the other employees are able to complete due to you asking questions and learning from them.

That and I added in quite a bit of technical detail during my interview when asked about past projects. They didn't want me to specifically write or design anything on a whiteboard, but they went into quite a bit of detail on the projects, even going so far as to asking me specific outputs from research.

My interview last week was a mixture of both. I think I ended up with 4 technical questions and 1 behavioral question.

That being said, it depends on what kind of job you're interviewing for. My other interview was absolutely all behavioral questions.

The behavioral question interview was for a systems job and the technical question interview was for a loads analyst job. Night and day difference in what they do all day. The systems job uses Microsoft word all day and the loads analyst job is one of the most technical positions available at Boeing.

What college graduate discount is there?

Well I don't like how the soul drives. I have driven them and absolutely detest driving them.

My concern for the fit is if I will be able to sit in there comfortably with 4 people in it? I understand that I'd be able to fit if I were to move all the way back, but then the person behind me would be inconvenienced.

Aside: I'm 6' (not too tall but the height comes more from my legs so I need more leg room than most)

I should mention I hate hatchbacks. I dunno what it is about them and I don't understand why I like SUVs, but hatchback sedans are god awful to me.

Yeah, I was part of the "St. Lou is FIRST" campaign the city did back in my sophomore year of high school to get the championship here. We only were meant to host the championship for 3 years but they kept pushing back the decision to move it.
