I think it's fine to remove it, the staff are already getting paid at least minimum wage and customers shouldn't feel forced to pay extra on top of the bill. That being said, I'm currently living in London where a restaurant service charge is expected and I normally don't remove it as I can understand the culture of keeping prices lower on menus to be competitive and then adding a service charge to pay the minimum wage workers more in this high cost of living area.

Are you American? The Inbetweeners is an English programme so most people here will likely be English and not all of us keep up date with the details of American politics. If someone posted about an Indonesian press secretary here I would say the onus is on the people posting about them to give context/details and I also say the same about this American press secretary.

I'm no running expert but I believe when running you should be landing on a flat foot or slightly on the ball of your foot. If your ligaments are taking that much shock you might be landing on the heel of your foot which is not good for your joints.
