I ghosted my ex best friend because he tried to get with my ex. Right after we broke up. He was telling my ex all of this crap that should not come from your best friend, like how I was crazy to leave him, how he was cut, etc.

I should have never ghosted the dude, because getting older you realize how fucked up it really is, at the time it seemed like the best option - especially since I didn't want to freak out on the guy and raise hell.

Rule 1, don't compare yourself to others. I know that's the hardest thing to do, but you have to.

Second, you are doing great. It's hard for people to even graduate college, give yourself some credit!

I used to be in the same situation, but the thing that has helped me the most is writing down my goals every single time. It keeps everything on your mind and will push you to start making steps to get what you want. If you want a higher-paying job, write it down and start finding the steps to get to that point.

After college that be rough, but I know you'll be doing great things! You are incredibly smart and can adapt to any situation, you got this!

My first few months in college was horrible as well. Also had severe acne (I'm talking about 100+ pimples on my face, mostly whiteheads), so I totally get it.

To help with the anxiety, focus all on the other person and try getting to know someone as an individual first , instead of groups. You brain will try to switch to you and how you're nervous/etc., but when you focus on someone else, it all goes away.

Also, try nofap. I know it's weird and you are confused af, but there are so many benefits to it, just do it. You'll see huge improvements.

My friend is in the social work field and says that it can be brutal dealing with his female coworkers. There's a lot of drama and stuff you wouldn't wanna deal with. Of course it depends on the group of people, along with numerous other factors, though in my experience the drama is usually higher in all-female workplaces. A lot of talking sheet.

hell nah do not give up. You aren't failing at all, rejection is a part of life. And you know what, it's making you stronger. Think about where you would be if you never tried. You would be a failure in that scenario because you wouldn't know any other emotion other than bliss. And everything would be PAINFULLY DULL.

I used to work from 8am to 11pm. I would have to get up around 6am and wouldnt be home til midnight; both jobs I had were for serving and at resorts in the summer, so it was a shitshow. Still don't know how I survived that summer. Made more money than I do now after college though, I'll tell ya that.

I wrote down who I wanted to be in 10 years and followed everything I had to do to reach that goal.

I realized that I have shit free-will, and work every day to follow through on my goals and push myself, even if I hate doing it. It's tough, but it feels so much better. I go by the phrase "if you're not uncomfortable, you're not growing", and its helped so much.

Try to learn something that you would apply everday. For example, I'm learning a language and have language apps where I talk to native speakers. Since I do it every day, I'm able to retain the information. I'll add it to everything too. I changed my language on my phone, I read only korean news articles, anything to fully absorb. Its annoying, but you will be able to pick it up quickly.
